I hope that when the members here look at the OS they see the value that has not been reflected in the PPS here as yet!
Sure theres 6.5 billion restricted shares issued, but its all held by managment, and in my conversation with CEO Ed Hayter this evening, he told me point blank no RS and there have been no increases in the OS.
The managment has a huge sum ( millions) of there own money tied up in this company. Untouchable for 2 years! Then its only sellable in 5% increments and will take years for them to get back what they have vested here!
I haven't finished doing DD on this company yet, but I was dumbfounded by the PPS given what is in this company.
.0005 for a company with all there revenues and assets being PRed for any investor to use as a basis point for valueing there investment!
Just under 215 million shares in the unrestricted OS! Thats it, thats all there is to trade! Well that minus what I personaly took out of circulation today! It closed at .0005 x 215 million = $107.000.00 could buy it all!
Take a good look at the revenues here and then the projected revenues and then the unsolicited offer of .03 per share for the steak houses that has been countered and sent back to the offering public company, as to low! I can understand why they refused such an offer given the annual revenues that have been projected here!
Todays PR adds another $250k to Q1's bottom line! Make sure you don't miss the statement further down in todays PR either! This part!
The company today also announced that they have been awarded certain contracts for food & beverage services with a revenue value to the company of 4-5M dollars and will be announced upon executed contracts.

When you get to the part where you find that Ed Hayter personaly owns the recently renovated, Royal Arkansas Hotel, stop and look at what its connected to!
