A lot of sells coming in, this could hit .006 by EOD.

That S-8 is for the company's stock option plan.
That's how they've been paying their employes and as an incentive to stay until the contracts come in.

I don't think it mentions and reverse split.
If anyone has any insight, please share.
The company has great potential,
they got sidetrack with the Mexican market
but I think they could do real well here in the
consumer market.
