Very good company but they can't seem to handle money very well. Lots of dilition. BAD CEO who loves to dilute shares and doesn't care for shareholders. This was my first penny stock back in January 2004 almost a year ago. Got at .0017 and it has slowly dropped to where it is today. Never doing much in movement but they kept adding more shares. If they do a R/S and stop diluting this might be worth something some day because they are a good company. New CEO would make a huge difference. Not saying it can't move just think you might try finding another .0001 with fewer shares. I won't put my money back in it.
But the worst thing of all that has turned off investors is they pump and dump. For those who own and don't want to take a lose, you might look for those Wall Street Alerts (paid pumper sites) or email pumps. It may play quickly when they run those but get out quick if it does. Its about time they pay for another pump.

They might be a good company as far as what they do and who their clients are but it is about the most mismanaged company I have ever seen. Take a look at their filings, notice how they generate cash other than by selling stock? They finance their receivables at an annual interest rate of 30%. It's a company swirling around the edges of a whirpool and they will be sucked in sooner or later. They can dilute till their hearts content as their authorized amount is "unlimited". The plus side to that is that they might not reverse split their stock, unless of course they want to dilute at a higher price. Unless something drastic happens with this company it's going to stay right where it is now.

I see this pop up on different boards and groups every 90-120 days. I have yet to see it do anything regardless of news but go down to .0001 and stay there.
My personal opinion and only that... Go buy some lottery tickets instead.
