This morning I put a sell in to sell 250,000 shares when the sell price hits .0022. A few minutes later the stock went up and I got a sell notice that said sold 200,000 shares at .0022 and I am still holding 50,000 shares that did not sell and now the sell went down to .0017 and is still dropping. WHY DID THIS HAPPEN?

Because the bidder or buyer only asked for 200k. Try doing all or none then they can't do that to you.
