East Delta Resources Corp. This has resulted in the acquisition of 72 sq. km. gold property and the signing of several letters of intent to acquire majority interests in existing small gold mines. The Company intends to seek US$5-7 million in a secondary public offering during spring and early summer of 2005 to be used towards potential takeovers and additional joint ventures.

EDLT reached a new high again and has consistently showing this over some time now. Good things to come for this stock IMO if bid passes .61 we have passed resistance.

EDLT holding up very nicely in this down-day - very nice, strong, uptrending chart. Excellent entry today while you can in this .60 area - expecting movement soon. Rumors of news as well....keep an eye out.
