having lost about $2000 on mlon and ncdp this week combined....i'd have to say it's been a pretty tough week.

I lucked out, and only lost a couple hundred this week. I became disgusted with some of my decisions, and bailed early rather than riding them lower, and got into something I felt better about, like HPON.
Then I disgusted myself again but not riding HPON nearly far enough up. I would have had an up week, and to top it all off, I'm the one that first posted about HPON shooting up. Many of you did much better on it than me.
I really appreciate this board, and try to learn something from almost every post that will benefit how I trade and think.
Thanks, folks (and yes, I even learn from the "fights" on various stocks - good points made by both sides (usually)).

i am looking to try microtrade atleast for the $9.95 for the first month and if it dont work they say i can cancel with out any further charges. a quick question when you sign up for it does it email you new stock pick or what. if you dont mind please explain a little about it in short term please i dont want to have you spend your whole time telling me about it.

do most of you by 1000 dollars worth at a time or not.
not being nosey but i only use 2 or 300 at a time on each stock so i dont make alot but cant lose alot either. i do wish icould find a stock i would feel good enough about to buy 1000$ worth but havent yet.

$2000, so but that's nothing compared to the $11000 that I lost in the last two weeks. Siri killed me when it dropped that 20+% that day. I lost $4000 that day, got it all back on ecui, but then lost most of that on NCDP. That peice of crap stock (IMO) killed me. They had PR every 4-5 days for awhile, and then nothing, So I figured I'd hold for awhile til it took off, like everyone expected. Then after losing a ridiculous amount of money, I called CVS and all the ones around me had never even heard of it. So I sold at a ridiculous loss. I'd rather take a huge loss than lose everyhting. But hey, No one told me I had to buy it.
So in the end I just hope we can both make all of our money back in 2005. Goodluck for all of you who have ever lost money in the game we call a stock market.

stn, they don't send stock picks, (at least I haven't received any). I was going to point you to the Microcaptrade forum for the filter and configuration lists, but I see those posts have been removed. There was info posted by Dardadog and his filters, and Ric had modified the list and posted it. They work quite well. It would be good for all if they were posted, but I will PM them to you if you'd like. Maybe Bob could reply on whether or not it's OK to re-post them.....thanks..
