FransAction, Inc. Increases Franchise Offerings to Five Concepts Friday January 7, 8:51 am ET
HEATHROW, Fla., Jan. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- FransAction, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: FCTN - News) announced today that Jreck Subs, Inc., an affiliate of Ultimate Franchise System, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: UFSY - News), has signed a non- exclusive agreement with FransAction that allows it to begin selling franchises and area developer agreements for the company. Jreck Subs is now the fifth restaurant brand to join FransAction's brand offerings, giving FCTN a widely recognized regional brand in upstate New York. ADVERTISEMENT

I was wondering if anyone else is holding this? Had some sell orders in and not enough volume to execute. Anybody have the same problem? Anyone have any thoughts on this?
