Motorola Signs Technology Agreement with E Mobile's CHL Tuesday January 11, 4:05 pm ET MBST to be Embedded into China Cell Phones and Pocket PC
PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 11, 2005--E Mobile Information Technologies (Pink Sheets:EMTK - News) wholly owned subsidiary, CHL Technologies, has signed an agreement with global communications leader Motorola (NYSE:MOT - News). Under the terms of the agreement Motorola will embed CHL's Mobile Book Software Technology (MBST) and fully illustrated books into all Motorola A780 cell phone handsets and MPx series Pocket PCs sold in China. Also as part of the agreement, E Mobile will modify its MBST software to optimize its function for Motorola products. Motorola, with a long and distinguished history of business in China, is the largest manufacturer of KJava cell phones sold in China. Cell phones including KJava account for the vast majority of cell phones in service in China today.
Motorola's inclusion of MBST into their handsets will emphasize the powerful functions of these Motorola products. Cell phone users are able to read entire books through their cell phones. Moreover, cooperation with some of the largest publishers allows for rapid and sustained development of this most innovative cell phone/e-book market with an ever expanding list of titles.

JUST WISH I COULD TELL YOU MORE. I DO KNOW THERE'S ALOT MORE BIG NAMES ON THE TABLE FOR THEIR TECHNOLOGY. THE THING ABOUT THEIR TECHNOLOGY, ITS A YEAR OR TWO AHEAD OF ITS TIME. MOST OF THE TECHNOLOGY IN CHINA HASN'T MADE IT TO THE STATES YET, BUT I HEAR THERE WORKING ON EMBEDDING THEIR TECHNOLOGY WITH OTHER MAJOR PLAYERS HERE IN THE STATES AS WE SPEAK. THE GOOD THING IS EVERYONE HAS A CELLPHONE. ANOTHER PLUS IS THE RF TUNE SIDE OF THE BUSINESS WITH THEIR ANTENNA FOR CELLPHONES. THE CHIP SHOULD BE MADE SOMETIME IN THE 1ST QUARTER. NOTHING BUT POSITIVES........JUST WISH I HAD ADDED MORE AT TODAYS LEVELS.

Car44 -- I am new to this board, but have been watching EMTK for a long time. Do you have an idea what the O/S and float might be. This looks like a good spot to jump in, what do you think?

Car44 usually only posts at night, but if he were here, I'm 100% sure he would say get in, get in now, get in long. This is not a stock to daytrade, but for 2005, he is expecting $1.

Anyone on this board have an inside track to management and possible revenue projections forthcoming? The only pinkie I remember that went from rags to riches was MDDM. There may be others, but since I have shares of MDDM, that one sticks out. Is there a DD page anywhere on this company? I like what I see so far, except that it is a pinkie.

Hey Repo, I plan to get in deep, I like this company from what I have seen so far. I dollar seems a reach, but look at MDDM....one never knows. Anyway, buying at 5 cents and hoping for a major run north. Thanks for the reply. I hope I can help out on the T/A and other areas. Need to get off the pinksheets though! Bullrider

Nice call with this stock car44, I have just signed up as a member, but have been reading for a long time. I got in at .07 for 21k shares. Realistically speaking, when do you think the pps is going to break out?

So much for the Jets hey car44?? The NY Jets Jinx... it's worse than the Red Sox at this point.
I found that board you were talking about - good info. there on EMTK. This stock makes me giddy... $1 would give me goal of doubling my investment this year, considering all of my other stocks are down. If this hits and NCDP, it will be a good year.
