Here's a sad story.....mine.
Bought 1,000,000 AFRR at .0051
It split at 250:1 dropped to .0008

I'm left with 4000 shares of AFRT
They split again at a ratio of 250:1
Now I'm down to 16 shares
They change the symbol to AFRD

I'm left with 16 shares of AFRD which
they split again at 250:1 which leaves me
with .064 shares of stock which they've
renamed AFRD.

Now they're trading American Fire Retardent
on the OTCBB under the symbol GMSV which closed down today .11 to the low of .085

Can someone from the SEC tell me why I have no shares left in this company through my
Scottrade Portfolio.

Is this the same company which took my money? Are they going to do it over and over until someone fixes the loop holes that
allow scam companies to take hard earned money to finance their over paid board members? What in the world is the SEC even
here for?

I understand the risk involved with investing in pink sheet stocks but this
is outright theft. Anyone who calls it anything else must work for the SEC.

Dakota, the sad thing is you forgot one. AFRR 250:1 split to AFRN 250:1 split to AFRT 250:1 split to AFRD 2000:1 split to GMSV 2000:1 split. The last 2 splits were actually 2000:1. And the bad thing is each time also the stock starts plummeting from day one. It should have opened at .20 but opened with a spread of .03 - .06. Someone mentioned they opened at .0001 but that was premarket MM sorting and not actual sell. It went to .04 -.10 spread at one time while the MM's was searching for a buyer before they would actually take a sell order. They didn't want to get caught with this either. If you notice alot of sells were 500 5000 MM codes and not true sells anyway, there was maybe 20 actually trades today. The rest was MM's trying to move this POS and not sure if any of the 20 were real trades or not. And they wouldn't even keep it this high if it wasn't for covering shorts. Watch this POS to start falling fast until it hits a place were they can scam new investors into this. I expect a Wall Street News Alert real soon (paid advertising in disguise of recommendation). I would say the fax and E-mail scams will hit soon and they will pump and dump this somewhere between .0017-.0045. Soon after the pump the dilution will start and come without notice till this POS hits .0001 again.

Also for those that might still hold this and can sell. A 500 signal of .06 was given second to last trade of day. That looks like a gap down tomorrow morning.

500 < Gap one way or the other, usually to the direction
of the 500 trade.

Facts thats hard to believe. If you bought AFRR in Jan 2004, just one year ago, you would have had to buy 62,500,000,000,000 shares to still own 1 share of GMSV today.

Thats right 62 1/2 Trillion shares one yr ago to own 1 share today.

I don't think that qualifies for a SCAM, do you, lol. In January of 2004 when I first bought this, I would have had to spent $62,500,000,000 at a pps of .001 to own .085 today with one share. Now thats not even funny.

Looks like they can't sell this crap to no one, lol. I hope everyone has gotten smart and refuses to buy this POS. There was a 400 MM signal just given.

400 < Trade it sideways based on Supply and Demand
