Was this BICO at one time? I remember this stock to be the ultimate pump and dump in the late 90's.... up 1000% in 3 days, and then back down.

BICO, Inc. Announces Multi-Family Housing Strategy PR Newswire - April 14, 2005 09:00
DOVE CANYON, Calif., April 14, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- BICO, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: BIKO) announced that it is moving forward with its business plan and focusing its business strategy by targeting the key Multi-Family Housing (apartment) market. BICO is currently in negotiations with a number of the leading national MHI management firms to secure pilot deployments of its WebPhones. These pilots will involve several large apartment communities with each management firm. The targeted firms have portfolios ranging in size from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of apartments under management.
The pilot programs at each apartment community will involve property managers putting WebPhone's in each apartment to enhance communication with their residents and generate revenue from advertising offered over the WebPhone. For the past several years, the apartment industry has been in a downturn with vacancies up and rents neutral or down in most major markets. As a result, property managers are aggressively looking for new avenues to reach their residents and provide new services to help differentiate their properties.
Much like a magazine publication sells advertising space based on its circulation and readership, the BICO WebPhone business relies on generating advertising revenue from an installed base of WebPhone appliances. BICO is in the process of developing arrangements with a number of independent advertising sales agencies to secure advertisers for its planned pilot deployments. These ad sales firms specialize in selling local advertising to businesses in close proximity to the targeted pilot deployment areas.
"Advertisers are aggressively seeking new media opportunities to more directly target their customers. Internet advertising revenues are growing dramatically," said Richard Greenwood, CEO of BICO. He added, "Combined with the Multi-Housing Industry's desire to serve their residents in new ways, BICO is well positioned to leverage both of these dynamic market trends."
