I was wondering how many shares everyone owned. I own around 13 million. If this news is really good and we find out that they (PRRM) will be moving over to the OTCBB, how many people will buy more shares and hope we have the winning lotto numbers?
Also, as soon as someone hears any news would ya post it here?

this week is the week for PRRM if it is a good long company they will comeout with Blockbuster news this week IMO with the bid haveing huge support and the ask only with two at .0002 any type of news will probably move it. but the way I see it is PRRM is a very solid company and probably shouldn't be at this PPS level kind of like MLON and QBID. IMO this company puts out some hot news and we are off to the races. GLTA

with the plan's they say they have it could be somewhat possible, but with there OS shares i say there is no way in hell, unless they buy some of the shares back........ they have way to many shares out.... get rid of some of them this baby flies.......just my opinion.

I got this from another post on page 7, so what exactly does it mean? "They are currently restricted to buy or sell any shares and said they would like to begin retiring shares as soon as possible."

This is good news Leanlow. When a company retires shares they buy them back and destroy them so to speak. This deceases the amount of stock thereby increasing the reamaining stock that is left. More specifically the ones we own. Restricting shares is a good thing, too. They need to stop trading this stock for a while to count the OS. Too many shares sold can dilute the companies stock value. I am new also so I hope I am in the ball park with my explainations. Good luck

Stock watch is showing -numbers in front of each trade at .0002. Does this represent a sell? I called my Ameritrade broker regarding sell and buy information and found they are limited with pink sheet information. Thanks for the help in advance. Newbie

thats ok egrand,,,,, rumors are .0012 or so... but I buy stocks low like this when there good chat and proof of good news through chat ( if that makes sence), then I hold, for every $100 invested is $1000 profit for every .0010 rise in pps. So i don;t mind holden. I see if I can find a example post of what I call " nice to hear"

1. Yes, Dan has been in Colorado this week. The reason being is that they just locked up an acquisition over there and they can begin building Monday.
2. The resort they are working on in Colorado is bigger than I imagined. When I asked him what scale they were looking at, his reply was roughly: "we think this could be the biggest ski resort in the country."
3. THEY WANT OFF THE PINKS! Ian was very clear and forward with me that management very much wants to get PRRM off of the Pink Sheets. It got even better. He says they are FULLY audited and can basically move onto the OTCBB as soon as possible. He couldn't tell me whether or not they had been buying shares recently ornot. This would be due to their efforts on getting onto the OTCBB - insider buying restrictions. They are currently restricted to buy or sell any shares and said they would like to begin retiring shares as soon as possible. He said to me with an almost agitated tone in his voice that there is just no need for there to be that many shares out there. I agree . They also are working on releasing the updated share structure. Prepare for big news next week he told me. Hmmmmmmm
4. They plan on "sitting down" with the MM's on Tuesday. They are tired and fed up with the BS that is going on with the stock. They are finally taking the right course of action and dealing with them personally. And since he mentioned the OTC, they might be working on making a market for PRRM there as well. The latter part is just my own personal thought.
5. NO R/S! Just like before, he reassures me there will be NO r/s. I didn't have to ask him. He wanted to make it clear on his won that they understand an r/s will do the company no good and that he would rather see the PPS where it is now longer if need be rather than reverse split. I'm sure I'll get some basher jokes on that one. He understands that an r/s will be devestating for the company in the long run.
6. They have $4 million liquid right now. He says getting on the OTCBB will require only about $250,000 so the financing is not a problem whatsoever. Again, after telling me this, he says to prepare for big news next week. Again, hmmmmmmm

OK people lets get a handle on this before its to late!
The fact that PRRM is undervalued is just so trasparent!
Where do the numbers that prove this come from?
1. ORDA and there $70 million dollar budget! is this 3-5 million in print and film adds over 3-5 years for ADK and High Angle Media who have an exclusive on all there print add and film work? I gotta guess that this alone is a $1 million a year revenue generator!
= aprox. $1.000.000.00
2. AAG/Skorsky and an exclusive with High Angle media for all print and film adds! What kinda budget do you think AAG has? I gotta guess a minimume of $300-$500k per year! You can go check out just how big this company is for your own thoughts on this!
= aprox. $400.000.00 = aprox. $1.400.000.000 total
3. The Magic Snowman II = $1.600.000.00 and if PRRM gets points on the film, well that could be sweet! This could also get PRRM and High Angle Media into the larger Film spotlight and add up to huge long term revs, and many new contracts!
=$1.600.000.00 =aprox. $3.000.000.00 total
4. Sugarbush and J-Peak station managment deals! $200-$400K per year each would be my guess! Its the residual income that this generates for High Angle and the larger blanket area that Stowe TV and ADK can offer in there sales offices that makes these an all around good deals and lets talk about accounting and sales personal costs! Does having 4 stations doing the same thing make these costs to all cheeper? I'd say it does!
=aprox. $600.000.00 = aprox. $3.600.000.00
5. High Angle Media is producing the series Backcountry TV and it is airing to a large audiance. Thirteen 1/2 hour spots have been sold and there running it twice a week. What kinda revs do you get from this? $50K per 1/2 hour slot would be my guess. After all it is NESN that its airing on and that is a huge audiance!
=aprox 13x $50k or =aprox $650.000.00 =aprox $4.250.000.00
6. Lets guess that all of this is outside of the self sestaining revs generated by Stowe TV and ADK TV that should cover staff costs and lets also guess that High Angle Media covers its cost producing adds for the general time slots on all 4 stations, without these larger contracts!
I can keep going, because there are so many more factors here that generate revenues, but seeing as I have now covered the whole value of all the unrestricted OS, I guess I will leave the rest up to you, to figure!
My question to you would be! How much more do you think can be added to PRRM before the market takes it higher? Dan has said he would like to bring in Skiershop and Backcountry Mag/TV at some point. = huge revs! Dan has said he is looking at several M&A targets and he has been in Colorado for the past several days! He has hinted at a target out there to several shareholders. Whats he looking at in Hilton Head? I now that HH is a huge money area! Resorts and golf cources! Is it another TV link to add to the network chain? Is it a golf shop? Whatever it is he targeting in Colorado and Hilton Head I bet its revenue generating! Add it up but don't wait to long!

Well,this is a great post,PRRM should be trading lots higher,feel free to copy and paste this post and post it on other messageboards where you often come.Have you seen the accumulating volume lately,something big is up,10q should be great,also wanna be fully reporting ASAP,they have the money needed for going at the OTCBB,now it's the time to get in or buy more,things are about to happen,as soon as we get a PR and after the PPS has broken resistance at $0.0003 we are off for a hell of a run.Also DAN said numurous times :NO R/S ,call him and ask,like several others did;NO R/S Did you see how undervalued we are,one good PR and this ship is of to deeper waters,any time now!
