With BlockBuster doing this also now minus the game rentals, I doubt they will go anywhere. With the way I hear and read about that things are not going well in the customer satisfaction area. I called this one a loss already once I seen they pulled the SuperBowl Ads. But I could be wrong it may come out that the games and the overseas troop rentals keeps them afloat.

2 cents,
Eric.

I have been reading another board and there a couple of people who have subscriptions to GZFX. They say that the service has been improving. The board is out on Investors Hub.

FRANKLIN, Ky., April 5, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- GameZnFlix, Inc. (GZFX), an online provider of video game and DVD movies for rent or purchase, has opened a new distribution center in Scranton, Pennsylvania. John Fleming, CEO of GameZnFlix, Inc., stated: "This facility will be servicing Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Washington D.C., Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia and Ohio. By the opening of this distribution center, the company continues its work towards its 2005 business milestones."

President Donald "Chip" Gallent stated: "The Pennsylvania center is expected to handle about one third of our current members and we are building the inventory levels to handle future growth in the Northeast marketplace. Over the past several months, we have gained the experience in opening other distribution centers (California, Colorado and Kentucky) and expect this opening to be our best so far.

During May 2005, the company will be launching this year's advertising campaign, beginning in middle Tennessee, and progressing to the local markets around each of our other distribution centers through the end of the year."

In addition to the above, the following milestones represent areas of development that the company is currently working on for 2005.

GameZnFlix is a company that offers video games/DVD movies for rental or purchase on the Internet with access to over about 30,000 games and movie titles. With six different membership levels beginning at $17.25 a month to annual membership with an average price of $15.85 per month subscribers can rent a combination of both video games and/or DVD movies with no late fees or due dates or members can purchase video games and/or DVD movie titles at a membership discount.

The big news is.........

""Thursday, March 31, 2005

Franklin soon will have a new cafe on the square.

Sassy Lassie owner Anne Morrison has purchased the building on the corner of College and Kentucky streets, which was the home for many years to Crabtree Furniture and more recently housed an antique and gift shop.

Morrison and her husband, John Fleming — owner of Gameznfilx, Inc., have begun work on renovating the building.

Sassy Lassie opened a coffee house on South Main Street late last year. The cafe serves coffee products and pastries. It also features internet access.

Gameznflix, Inc. is an internet based business that allows clients to rent videos, dvds and games by mail.

The distribution center and customer service department of Gameznflix has leased the upstairs portion of the building on the square from Sassy Lassie and has begun operation from the site.

Fleming said they plan to split the downstairs in half. A game room with air hockey, pool tables and video games will be on one side. The other side of the building will be a cafe serving hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza, french fries, soda, beer and wine, if it qualifies for a liquor license. Sassy Lassie also will have a portion of the downstairs to serve its menu.""

Now all we soon-to-be-wealthy GZFX stockholders might want to get together at Sassy Lassie for a little air hockey, a Budweiser and some french fries.

Today's mail has it that Fleming has expanded into Scranton, PA with a new "distributiion center". No news yet as to whether there will be beer and french fries available there as yet. Also no word on the air hockey. Stand by, more likely to come across the wires soon..............

I did a lot of research on this stock. It might be good for some quick in and outs, but long term, this stock is dead. My DD is up on another board if you are interested.
