2004 Year-End Message to Cetek Technologies Inc. Shareholders Friday December 31, 9:00 am ET
POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 31, 2004--It is the time of year that we reflect back upon the past year's accomplishments, as well as to look forward, toward the year ahead.
During 2004, Cetek (Pink Sheets:CTKH - News) made significant gains in its standing within the high-grade specialty ceramic industry. We have continued to draw the attention of large, high-volume users of ceramic substrate product, and believe that the demand will only increase as more and more commercial users of the material discover Cetek.
Numerous independent or third-party sources have reported back to us that "nobody makes the material like Cetek." Our expertise in providing customers an extremely thin, flat and large panel of polished ceramic product is becoming known to many segments of the electronics industry. This fact gives us confidence, going forward.
We continue to expand our facilities, and add capacity. As well, we continue to evaluate acquisition candidates that could make for a "good fit" with Cetek's business model. Thus, growth in 2005 and beyond is a definite. Growth both internally, via increased order flow and production, and externally, via potential acquisition(s), is on the Cetek agenda for the year ahead.
Fayiz Hilal, president of Cetek Technologies, stated: "We at Cetek have positioned ourselves to accelerate our national roll-out at a pace faster than forecast, due to a genuine and sincere increase in interest from recent new customers and affiliations. Our original business plan's objective was to become a fully reporting public company as revenue growth dictated. It would be likely that we will see this objective met by the end of 2005. And, based on this and other anticipated developments in the new year, it would be reasonable to begin seeing Cetek's stock prices realize its rightful pricing, based on our fundamentals and based on simple audited performance."
We wish all shareholders a very prosperous 2005 in both their personal and their business lives, wherever they may reside. Thank you for your continued expression of support as we build a company of which you will be very proud to be a part. Contact:

Actually, I do not like the volume at all. I usually dont trade a penny stock unless it has over 50 mill. It did on Friday but average is 22 million.
You could get stuck with it. If volume picks up, I'm in.

IMO, I think this is a good long term hold. I've been holding a minimum amount of shares, so I remember to keep it on my radar. The company doesn't put out bogus PR's, causing the pps to run and then fall. I think it'll take some time, but if their product catches on, it could be fantastic! I'm keeping about hundred-thousand shares or so and will buy more if/when the time is right!

31-12-2004: Take a good look at Cetek Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: CTKH):
1. Cetek is a profitable company - This is the most important proposition I can find in favour of Cetek. Ask yourself this question: How many companies (you have shares in or know) actually are making profit?
2. Cetek’s pps is very low at this moment (31-12-2004 - $ 0,0012), but the trading volumes are low too (7,367,666 with O/F 3.875 Billion). When the trading volume increases I expect the pps to go up progressively. This happened before and Cetek is in my honest opinion a SUPER investment.
3. Cetek revenues are growing at approximately 100% per year!!! I strongly believe that growth is the most powerful strategy for any enterprise. Advanced ceramics are expected to continue their growth. It is estimated that electronic ceramics will continue to hold the largest market share of the U.S. advanced ceramics materials, while substantial growth will occur in the structural ceramics market.
Revenues were up approximately 100% from the comparable quarter (3rd qtr)in 2003, and as has been the case of the past three quarters, Cetek continues to operate profitably.
IMPORTANT: Operationally, demand for Cetek's proprietary ceramic material is increasing as never before, and additional production capacity is needed, so as to get positioned ahead of the current, and future, production increases. (source: CTKH release alerts brief status update for the third quarter.)
4. Cetek has a unique production process. The company has been engaged in developing a process (the "Cetek Process") to produce ceramic products at lower production costs with enhanced qualities.
This is an important USP in my opinion: Over the last several years the Company has been engaged in the development of the Cetek Process. The process involves proprietary formulations, mixing and sintering procedures and results in a ceramic product which is smooth and requires little or no machining thereby reducing or eliminating machining costs.
5. Cetek delivers substrates that are used in computers, medical equipment, and communication equipment and consumer products. These are ALL growth markets.
6. Cetek customer relations: Cetek is developing a new marketing plan that includes the launching of a new division called "The Ceramic Store." This will be an Internet-based business serving as an online outlet for ceramic thus responding to the needs of researchers and other engineers where demand is often for low quantities, and where order flow may not be consistent. We expect "The Ceramic Store" to be operational by the end of the year. Additionally, the present homepage at www.cetektechnologies.com will be upgraded, making it more "search engine friendly" and accessible to a greater audience of potential customers.
7. Jim Stock (Tel : 866 242 2405) quote in reply to Il Padrino: “my outlook for the longterm future of the company remains positive” (30-12-2004)
8. Fuel Cell developments: Cetek Technologies is exploring the potential use of the company's ceramics in fuel cells, as this is an example of another growing industry wherein high grade ceramic material has future commercial application. The ability for the Company to produce ceramic plates in very large pieces places Cetek in a very promising position in this, and other, industries going forward.
9. Cetek has the capability to custom mix the materials to meet the customers specified requirements at minimal time and cost.
10. The last 4 Press releases are positive. Talking about growth in revenues, profits and future-expectations. It is up to us (shareholders of Cetek) and new investors to pick up the Cetek lottery tickets. Good luck!!! Cetek7million
The best is yet to come! Quote: Fayiz Hilal CEO and President / Cetek Technologies Ltd.

Ctkh is a grandslam. Please, everyone keep watch on ctkh in the next few months. $3.75 per share intraday when we all see who they are dealing with. I've always thought a reverse merger could happen. But I'm not licensed to give buy or sell advice, I'm a peon who just makes consistent trades that are base hits and doubles. But cetek should be a "GRANDSLAM." This stock will take the all or none approach which goes against most traders rules. Please take a look at these stocks: Dnyy Spea look at the chart patterns and flat areas as well. This stock is such a steal at these prices. MY OPINION ON HOW IT WILL TRADE:
It will NOT trade up slowly to .02 or .03, it will just open one day at an asking price of above .50 and then create a panic buying, and then bring in the momentum, day, and swing traders from the woodworks. Please people tag me, so you can thank me later. THIS IS N O T buy or sell advice and I only normally trade. I've made an exception for cetek to break all my trading rules. See you at the top of the run. My target is $3.75 in the short term. Long term $13.00 (not buy or sell advice, just my opinion) It is very important to "ONLY" seek buy or sell advice from the "EXPERTS" who have a series 7 license, they are very smart and know everything. Thank you for letting me clear this up with all you haters and doubters.
Later,
Disclaimer: This is my opinion, buying or selling securities involves risk. This is in no way shape or form a buy or sell recomendation.

ha haahah, $3.50, almost spit my coffee all over the screen when i read that one!!
yeah right, that would put it at a market cap of roughly the entire US economy, with all the shares they are printing.
i would focus first on: trying to get the share value to the point where it's worth the paper it's printed on, and *then* focus on breaking $3.50. too funny - if you believe that, then you truly did just fall off the turnip truck
