UNCN UNICO Incorporation 12/23/04 = .005 (Intraday low .004) 52 week high/low .16 - .004 141 million shares Discussion: One year ago it was at .16 and has been in a steady decline since then. Has three properties that had producing mines in the 1800's Have been drilling the properties and now there is major insider buying. During this quarter Lopez (cheif executive officer) bought 5 million shares for $76,000 of HIS OWN MONEY, Brown (director) bought 10 mill shares for $152,000 of his own money and Ash (president) bought 200,000 shares THERE WERE NO SALES. Insider selling is normal, need money for childs tuition to college etc. Normally insider selling exceeds buying, but in this it is all buying and it is insiders high up on the corporate ladder that are doing the buying. One year ago the stock was at .16, was as low as .004 this last trading day. If they announced good news (why the insiders are buying) and the stock went back to .16, that would be a 4,000% rise. So $1,000 would then be worth $40,000. Shoot you could buy a really nice steak dinner for that and even have enough money left over for popcorn and a movie. (Plus a car to drive to the movie.)

Go to 1 month or 3 months view, and look at the past few days.selling pressure dominated and it even gapped down to indicate even more selling presure. I'm going to keep my eye on this one. I'm not sure why, but American Bulls has a new "Sell - Confirmed" signal out, to go along with the one they had out 23 days ago. Maybe it has a ways to go down yet.

I am selling a large position on a different stock when the market opens Monday and will put it into UNCN. I owned this stock a long long time ago. Sold it at .04 and saw it take off to .11 Been checking in on it periodically since then and I now think that it is time to get back in. I also saw the American Bulls sell confirmed signal, but they have been wrong before and in this case with all the insider buying plus with the big drop to subpenny on its last trading day, I will get in. Even if it just went to one cent that would be a 100% rise. That's just my 2 cents worth, oops that's a 400% rise. If it went back to .11 this time, that would be a 1,200% rise. Even though the stock has been on an unrelenting downward slide all year, I will take my chance that it is poised to move higher and get back into it now.

Yeah, American Bulls can be wrong, for sure. Do they factor in news, or is it just software that looks at charts? Not sure. I'll have some funds cleared Monday AM and will watch this one. It may not move fast intraday, but if some good news comes out someday soon, it likely will shoot up.

Looks like they are barely afloat. All recent press releases have been about financing to stay alive...not about whats positive happening to make money or anything else. Looks pretty scary to me. I would be more concerned where they are heading rather than where they have been.Good luck!

They one BIG CAVEAT is that it says on that page "Virtual office plans are also available, starting at $65 per month", which I take to mean that you can use the bldg. as a mail-drop, without having a physical office there. It's worth checking out better, IMO

American Bulls uses candlestick analysis which can only give an indication on what a stock is going to do based on its chart pattern. The site doesn't investigate other data such as insider buying/sellin, but relies on that showing up in the chart patterns.
