since it was already published for opposition and wasnt opposed, they are good to go.
however, they have filed an "intent to use" and must follow it up with "statement of use in commerce" within 6 months. which means they prob dont have anything in the works, or they would have shown it and filed on the basis of "use in comerce".

not sure what kind of volume they'd do selling their wares tho.
