The company went out of business for 3 months, opened back up with CEO and CFO only and put out PR saying that they are trying to sell the Portable steam genarators again but my guess was they issued more shares for a pay check and was hoping for a boost. They couldn't sell these before so why now. It has been gone over several times now that oil prices would make these profitable but prices kept rising and they still can't sell them. They claimed they had wells but no one could find there claims listed with the state. I really think your money can work better for you in something that at least has hope. If there o/s wasn't so high I would say maybe someone would buy them out but without a R/S no one will want them. Oh well it made me a little money this year and I am glad that I out now.

Right from the USCI Homepage... They are giving the O/S numbers, I think these numbers will surprise alot of people, personally I figured it would of been alot higher.
I would have guessed it higher too, but still 7B, a lot to overcome to move that PPS.

You better watch out for this company. At least MLON was obvious. Oil well claims that never turned up. Portable Generator they seem unable to give away let alone sell. They shut there door once last year and reopened with 2 employees just to try an sell the steam generator, according to Nov PR, yet no proof of any sells. My gut feeling is they, the CEO CFO, reopened to print shares for there salary. JMHO
