Cyphermint Partners with PayStar to Provide Prepaid Visa Debit Services to Worldwide Communications Group

, Dec 08, 2004 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) --Cyphermint, Inc., a leading provider of secure electronic payment solutions, announced today that it will partner with PayStar Corporation, a provider of stored value debit cards, banking debit card load centers and kiosks. This strategic alliance of Cyphermint and PayStar will supply Worldwide Communications Group, Inc.'s (WWCG) underserved low income Government Section 8 housing recipients with Cyphermint's PayCash Now Visa(R) Debit Card.
The PayCash Now Visa(R) Debit Card, issued by BankFirst, will serve as the vehicle to deliver the nationwide ATM debit card services for the program called the Community Technology Network Project (CTNP). WWCG developed the "CTNP" stored value card program and is the administrator of the project. PayStar will offer the ATM debit card program to approximately 16 million existing SEC8 families.
The CTNP Project provides a convenient venue for participants to access the Internet and several substantial discounted medical programs for underserved families. The CTNP ATM Card will provide the participants who may not qualify for credit or checking accounts, a flexible and secure cashless payment option. Additionally, recipients of the program will be able to render payment for rent, utilities and pay for discounted program benefits without the use of a major credit card, a checking account or actual cash.
The CTNP Card Program will generate a significant number of new PayCash users and may potentially equate to 200,000 or more new PayCash customers for Cyphermint in 2005.

Malloy not sure why anyone hasn't responded to your post (maybe they missed it) - cuz that was an excellent call!!
When u mentioned this I didn't check chart at that second but once I did and I saw the drop .0015 to .009 great call, nice ride $$$$$$$$$!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep up the great calls

PayStar Secures 'Rents Payment' Method for National Housing Authorities; Projected 2005 Revenues Exceed $10 Million

LODI, Calif., Dec 14, 2004 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) --PayStar Corporation (Pink Sheets:PYST), one of the nation's growing providers of stored value debit cards, bank debit card loading centers and kiosks, announced today along with Strategic partner Worldwide Communications Group (WCG) a new approved stored-value "Rents Payment" program for HUD housing authorities (HA's). Under this program PayStar's GLOBALCash division will furnish WCG with its stored value cards to be used for payment of rents and utilities throughout the 3,000 plus HA's across the nation.
Louis Simpson, CEO of WCG stated, "By utilizing the Rents Card each participating HA will eliminate the inherent problems and related expenses associated with handling cash payments from housing residents, many of whom do not qualify for traditional credit or checking accounts." In addition, Mr. Simpson stated, "HA's will gain electronic tracking and reporting of payments at each property management company operating under the HA's control. PayStar Signs TranSend, LLC for Bank Funds Loading Contract
