TFCT although well below its 52 week high, had a good run to .029 last week. Based on the the recent management change and a very good 10Q, I can see TFCT running back into the high .02 range again shortly, if not higher. Personally I keep a sharp eye on stochastics for direction change. Play the dips and peaks as that is where the money is. TFCT is not soley based on Prizewise alone so take that into concideration.

LAS VEGAS, Nov 22, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- 21st Century Technologies, Inc. (TFCT) today announced that its affiliate portfolio company, DLC Construction, has received the official award for a $2.6 million Western Trails Neighborhood park for Clark County, Nevada. The seven-acre facility, located on Warm Springs Road west of I-15, will have an old west theme. The notice to proceed is expected within one week.

DLC Construction also announced the signing of a $657,300 contract for the construction of a 4,000 square foot addition to a federally funded day care center in North Las Vegas. The addition will double the current size of the 24-hour 7-day a week child care facility, a privately run facility catering to the working poor of the area and maintained by City of Las Vegas Neighborhood Services Development. The notice to proceed for this project is also expected within one week.

Danny Cates, president of DLC, commented, "Over $3 million of work beginning this month is a sign of things to come for DCL. The working capital provided by 21st Century's investment has enabled DLC to increase efficiencies so we can avoid costly delays in critical path scheduling. We anticipate our billing and contract compliance will be the best in the industry."

Established in 1991 and licensed in California and Nevada, DLC primarily contracts for public works projects such as airports and public buildings. Major clients include the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, the State of Nevada, the Nevada Parks Department, and the City of Henderson, NV.

21st Century Technologies is a Business Development Company, operated pursuant to the Investment Companies Act of 1940. It holds various enterprises as investments and seeks to grow companies in which it has an interest.

As I said, play the dips and peaks. If there is one thing I have found is looking for that 1 pot of gold is very far and few between. Watch the stochastics. The fast is presently begining to cross and this is a good sign.

Buckwheats right. That's about the only way to play this one now. After reading their last 10Q, it's not going anywhere. Play the peaks and valleys to make a few bucks.

It does not matter where I think it will go but where I actually goes. I think we will begin to head upward hopefully tomorrow but at least by Wed. Look at the fast lines and they are heading together for a cross. Check back on the history for charts and you will see what I am getting at. I lost a big chunk on this stock coming down from .10 but sold out and waited for bottom. Best way to build your finances over again is one piece at a time. I have been lucky and played this stock a couple times in one day and 100$ here and there adds up pretty quick.

Believe me greed does not pay. Make your decisions on common sense not lust! LOL! hope that came out right?

Hey Brandon,
How are you? Well, I got out of this thing at .044 and now seems to have settled down. I bought 1 million at .0155 and another 226k today at .0135. The fast and slow should either cross tomorrow or Wed as I said before. We are up off the bottom for the day and I hope we don't see that tomorrow. I would settle for .016 or better by close but who knows.

I think if everyone checks the charts, you will see the lines on the fast stochastics have touched. Like I said it maybe tomorrow before we make any movement.

21st Century Announces Another Record Sales Day for prizeWise.com

Business Editors / E-Commerce Writers

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 23, 2004--
21st Century Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:TFCT) today
announced that its portfolio investment company, prizeWise Inc.,
closed business yesterday with $15,276.40 in sales for the day,
surpassing its previous daily record of $10,770.80 set in mid-October.
"The past several of weeks have been challenging for our company
with a number of management changes at both prizeWise and its parent
company, 21st Century Technologies. These changes resulted in
significant time and effort spent on the necessary transition to new
leadership and re-focusing prizeWise on its primary goal - to expand
its marketing and advertising efforts and increase sales," said John
Dumble, 21st Century's president and CEO.
"While prizeWise sales declined somewhat during this transition
period, over the last several days, sales have begun to rise again
with sales from Friday through Sunday totaling nearly $15,000. We feel
confident that greater stability has been achieved in our organization
and that new levels of growth are well within our reach. Considering
the recent sales upswing, prizeWise may still achieve its goal of
$135,000 in sales for the month," added Dumble.
21st Century Technologies is a Business Development Company,
operated pursuant to the Investment Companies Act of 1940. It holds

I am not going to speculate a close for Friday, but I can say volume is up, stochastic has touched and a couple of very large buys went through at the end of the day. William %R is begining to head up. Everything is looking good. Let see how we fair on opening in the morning.

there haven't been any significant NET returns in relation to the o/s to make this move. there have been plenty of pr's that would be great if they in fact live up to their potential.

prizewise and construction contracts aren't important unless they produce net shareholder value. there are plenty of people in line who will get their piece of the action before it has any effect on share value. i have played the beta on this stock for over a year and hold a core position of no basis shares. the rest i swing trade. there is plenty of potential for this stock to move on speculation or reality so it is one of my frequently traded stocks. the pr's need mor meat for them to have any effect on speculative investors. this stock traded at over 1500% of it's current value last quarter and lost allot of believers since then. if you can't afford the time to have an intraday chart in front of you all day this and most penny stocks could become an expensive hobby and a good bar room sob story. i currently have 12 buy and sell gtc orders in for tfct.

my core position is for the move it will likely make if any homeland security contracts are awarded for the magnetic patches. the potential for government money has been my main interest in this stock since i first started tracking it.

One thing everyone needs to get staight is TFCT does not solely dwell on prizewise. it is a mother company and that is what the focus needs to be on. I do agree hat homeland security contracts would be a major plus but the company also has other major assets that contribute. Like I said before, play the dips and peaks.

Well,it looks like TFCT had a nice little run on Friday. I thought it may start a little sooner than that but I forgot about the US holiday. Sorry guys. As for Monday, everything is looking ver nice for some more movement. Look at this: http://cbs.marketwatch.com/tools/quotes/intchart.asp?siteid=mktw&symb=TFCT

As the indicators are over sold, slow stochastic has crossed, RSI is pointing up, positioning is good. Remember ,play the dips and peaks.

Sort of looks like the QBID charts. Lots of good news, solid back ground. At this price it's a steal of a deal. Play the dips and peaks
