ConectiSys Submits Its H-Net 5.0 Product for FCC Certification
Wednesday September 29, 8:00 am ET

VALENCIA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 29, 2004--ConectiSys Corporation (OTCBB:CNES - News), a developer of automatic meter reading technologies, announced today that on Monday, August 16, 2004, it submitted the H-Net(TM) 5.0 wireless metering system to the Federal Communications Commission's (FCC) Southern California based laboratories for product compliance and certification. The Company expects certification by the FCC within 60 days from the date of submission. Additionally, the Company expects to submit, in October 2004, its H-Net(TM) BaseStation unit for certification by the FCC.
"This is a significant day in the history of ConectiSys," said Robert Spigno, the Company's President and CEO. "We believe that once we receive FCC certification, the path will be paved for commercial release of our H-Net(TM) wireless networks. We have designed our wireless metering system to meet the needs of the electrical energy industry. This system is designed to automatically capture, archive, and disseminate energy consumption data in fifteen minute intervals. Our low cost wireless, two way plug and play infrastructure enables us to display data in real-time at traditional industry costs. We believe that our H-Net(TM) metering system and networks are uniquely suited to the well-established electrical energy industry and will be adopted widely as a modern added value enhancement for both energy distributors and their residential consumers. We also believe that our extensive, ongoing market research indicates that our products are on time to take advantage of this vertical market offered by deregulation of the utility industry."

ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 12, 2004--

"EADS will be a significant boost to our research efforts in this
field," Dr. Hasan Pirkul, Dean, School of Management, UTD

EADS North America and its parent company, EADS, announced on
Wednesday the company's support for a new international research
organization at the University of Texas, Dallas (UTD) to provide a
forum for the exchange of knowledge and experience on risk management.
EADS is providing a substantial grant to support the International
Center for Decision and Risk Analysis (ICDRiA) at the University.
Formed in October 2004 by Dr. Alain Bensoussan, the ICDRiA Center will
study risk management as it relates to large-investment industrial
projects that involve new technologies, applications and markets.
"EADS support of Dr. Bensoussan's efforts to establish the Center
for Decision and Risk Analysis mirrors the global industrial strategy
of EADS to expand scientific and technical cooperation with the U.S.
academic and scientific communities," said Ralph D. Crosby, Jr.,
Chairman and CEO, EADS North America, and a member of the EADS
Executive Committee who made the presentation to Dr. Bensoussan. "Our
support also reflects the company's experience that risk management is
core to the decision-making process and to the public-academic
partnership that leads to innovation."
"We are very pleased and honored to have the corporate support of
EADS, a world leader in aerospace and innovation," said ICDRiA
Director Dr. Bensoussan. "This support will enable the center to
conduct comparative studies in methodological and organizational
aspects of risk management and importantly provide a forum for the
exchange of experience and knowledge in these critical areas of
business."
Dr. Da Hsuan Feng, Vice President for Research at the University
of Texas at Dallas, emphasized the University of Texas at Dallas's
interest in cooperating with the European leader in Aeronautics and
Space. "UTD is eager to expand its international links, and this
important initiative with EADS is a significant step forward."
Dr. Hasan Pirkul, Dean of the School of Management, stated that
Risk Management is a critical field of cooperation between the
academic community and private industry. "The School of Management
will mobilize its expertise, and this important relationship with EADS
will be a significant boost to our research efforts in this field,"
explained Dr. Pirkul.
Dr. Alain Bensoussan who established the Center and now serves as
its Director, joined the UTD faculty in the summer of 2004 as a
Distinguished Research Professor. Dr. Bensoussan is a member of the
French Academy of Sciences, the French Academy of Technology, the
Academia Europe, and of the International Academy of Astronautics. He
is an IEEE fellow, an Officer of Legion d'Honneur from France and
Officer Bundes Verdienst Kreuz from Germany and received the Von
Humboldt award as well as NASA's public service medal. He is also a
Professor Emeritus at the University of Paris, Dauphine. Dr.
Bensoussan served as President of the National Institute for Research
in Computer Science and Control (INRIA) from 1984 to 1996, Chairman of
the European Space Agency Council from 1999 to 2002, and President of
the French Space Agency, CNES, from 1996-2003. A graduate of the Ecole
Polytechnique, Dr. Bensoussan earned his PhD from the University of
Paris.

For anyone who got in this today, I called Marsha Casspi today at Conectisys Corp. 661-295-6763 asking if there are delays with the FCC aproval. She states there have been some delays but only minor details. Appears the FCC wants all i's dotted and T's crossed. She said no major problems and expects something from them soon. She said they will have a press release as soon as they get something back from FCC. She also said she thinks it is going to be a very Merry Christmas for Conectisys Corp. She was very pleasant to talk to.

So we may have a good mover here....just might have to wait a little bit longer.

Good Luck,

Bob

AMR Demand Response;
For the past few years, automatic meter reading
equipment suppliers, utilities and analysts have driven
home the message that the benefits of AMR extend
beyond metering and customer service. Utilities have
clearly heard the message and business cases from all
industry segments are incorporating benefits from a
wide array of business units within utilities.
But, that's only half the story. Utilities have a mandate
to serve customers with reliable delivery of electricity,
water and natural gas at a price consistent with the cost
of the provision of that service. AMR could
significantly lower the electric bills of customers and
increase reliability if customers were only given the
opportunity to manage their energy use depending on
how much it costs to provide the energy.

Well it looks like for me, I missed out on some good bank. I got in last week at .002 watched it decline back around .0015 so Monday when it started back up I bailed at .0022 thinking I could get back in with a drop below .002 and wait for the news. Next thing you know I see it at .004. I know I keep telling myself make a profit.....and be Happy! Its nice making a couple hundred bucks but it sure bum's me out when I could have made a couple grand.

Oh well, another chance will come....... I hope! LOL

BUMP.

I bought this over a week ago when I saw it mentioned on Allstocks. During my Thanksgiving vacation, I watched it sky-rocket.

This morning was the 1st chance I got to visit Allstocks, and I was surprised that the CNES post was down to the 2nd page.

There was even a PR this morning about FCC approval.

Any thoughts on this stock?

Why isn't there a buzz about the recent movement?
