Well after doing some DD I have accumulated a list of stocks that should move soon, but I am having trouble on which one to invest my money in, as everyone does. Well here is my list:
mssi, zwll, ugho, rmsg, eag, hoff(this looks like huge potential look at revenue), pjtg

so I will be investing 4k into one of these, any suggestions or anything I may not know about these companies would be great

I agree with Sarge. If 4k is what you've got to invest, don't throw it all into one. If it goes down, so do you. Spread it around over all of them or at least 3 or 4 of them.

If you like fundamentals, I think TALL is a gem.

See the TALL thread (currently on page 2) for more details, but here's a quick recap of major upcoming events:

1) Contract with Traders Nation to be announced this week

2) 10-Q showing the second consecutive quarter of triple digit growth in both revenue and net income should be filed by Nov. 21st. It should also show the second consecutive quarter of profitability and steady progress towards FY '04 EPS target of .01.

Somehow its still trading under .04 pps. Closed today at .026.

I like WNMI for the next few days or maybe as long as a week. I bought in just before the closing bell today and think it could go from .003 to .03-.05 or more based on the momentum and volume and rmors that Guess may be buying them. All, jmo

Also - If $4000 is all you have to "gamble" with here in Pennyland - I would NOT put it all in 1 stock. I'd put $1,000 into each of 4 different stocks. If you have $5000, you may want to open an account with FreeTrade (Owned by Ameritrade) so you trade FREE the first 20 trades a month - then $3 a trade from trade 21 - 100, then $2 a trade!

For the other 3 I'd buy MBAH at .10-.11, IDGN at .0005, and for the 4th I'd watch to see what DaDog's doin' today for a quick hit!

Good Luck!
Steve

Eag is a flop...it has had its day and that day is long gone. Ancient tech that is going nowhere.

I'd stay away from TALL also. They will be reverse splitting their stock in the next few months.

You're right about TALL reverse splitting in the next few months, but I still think TALL is a good play for traders in the mean time and especially for investors because the reverse split will be used to get TALL to the big boards, which will be beneficial in the long run. I obtained the above information from my half hour conversation with the Chairman, Brian MacDonald. Also, a major acquisition is going to be announced fairly soon, the following is a direct quote from Peter Hamilton, the President: "Third quarter results would have been higher had one large transaction which is currently in negotiation closed during the third quarter, however we now believe it will close in the next several weeks."

The following is JMHO: Just one more note about reverse splits in general which I believe I already conveyed in my post above but think is so critical it bears reinforcement: whats important (much more so for investors than traders) is not when a company reverse splits, but why.

Absolutely. If there's a good reason for the reverse they can be well received. If the Chairman was being upfront with you and if they make it public knowledge you might not get hurt when it happens. The market is pretty unforgiving though. If they actually do use the increased price to move to the Nasdaq they better do it quick. If not, the price will drop sooner rather than later. Good luck!

It all comes down to trust and whether or not you're willing to put your dollars on the line to give others a chance to prove that they've earned it!
