I'm hoping this doesn't mean dilution or reverse split is in the works folks. If not then this baby is set to make some people a lot of Dough if they get in at .0001.

wadeinni, That's exactly what it is, dilution. No mention of a reverse split but this S-8 is going to take their o/s from just over 126 million to around 1.5 billion. Thats big time dilution. Plus aside from the employee benefit plan, they have an a/s of 5 billion and if they start shoveling those out you could have an o/s of almost 7 billion in no time. I'm not saying all that's going to happen but I've seen it too many times to think otherwise. Keep a close eye on their filings and good luck!

Thanks for the good insight Upside. You've definitely confirmed what I had in the back of my head. Dilution, dilution, dilution. we don't need another DFRC, LSTE, AFRN you know the usual suspects...

You're right there but in my opinion I don't think a reverse is in the works here for the near term future anyway. The dilution is going to happen, no way around that, but it shouldn't keep the pps locked at .0001. This could go considerably higher with the right news and decent financials. Again, good luck.
