Hey all,
I'm about to sign up for the otccharts.com service and was reading up on how to use it. Unfortunately when I try to read dardadogs third tutorial it says his post has been edited and there is no actual text. Whats the deal? In fact all of his posts in that thread are edited and contain no text but the people replying to his post still have visible text. I feel like I'm missing some important piece of information.

Dardadog feel like posting again or can someone lend me a hand? Thanks. Matt

The best way to get the feel is get it and play around. Dog has been at it for about a year I think.

Yes nothing beats actual experience but the worst mistake one can make is not learning from the experience/mistakes of others before them. Matt

Here is something I tried today and cought RIRI bouncing from the low today for a nice profit.

I set one of the filter to screen stocks down 20% and up. I was wacthing and RIRI was down 60% to .03 when it started reversing got in ..035 sold at .057.

sort your screen by % colunm and watch the stock move down as the price increase.

You will notice the change in bid and ask as the stock is trade.

I hope it helps.

hey prdponce

Sounds like a gain you got there, but im sure dozens of results came up when you screened it, using your 20% method.. so i was wondering how did you conclude that this was going to be a runner? as soon you saw it reverse? or did you pay attention mostly to the ask and bid.. thanks

can someone tell me on the streamer where you have the choice of realtime or snapshot?? i know what realtime is but if you hit snapshot does it pretty much just take a picture of what u r looking for at that particular moment??

thanks in advance

and which is better to use in your opinion?

Yes..a snapshot at that moment.

Some of the filters only work on snapshot..
ie...Down towards the bottom of filter screen there is"in the past xx minutes price has been at the "bid or ask" xx% of the time. This only works on snapshot.

I love the program and we have Level 2 coming in Dec.

I set the prices on the screen from .01 - .15, so there was about 15 stocks on the screen. I also screen for OTCBB only because I dont have level 2 for pinks. That cut the list down a great deal.

As soon as it started to reverse and a little of luck :-). and there was no recent bad news or PR that make the price go down.

It was only 5000 shares.

I have been using it for about a month now. The only time that real time screening does not work is when you checked the last two options.

---Spread action

---tick action

with those you only get the snapshot.

the choice for real time or snapshot is at the top right hand below the result bottom.
