AMBD is rumored to have news out end of next week. This is a solid new company that as very little volume as of late and that means no holders to sell into any run. IMO this is a great stock to buy end of this week and early next.
Good luck TTCS on alert here as well below .022 for news maybe monday

That is great! lol Yeah, grabbin' some before news for sure, MA. Rumored very good news.
I have checked every place I know and cannot find anything that substantiates that this is a "solid company". As a matter of fact I found no SEC filings and no financial fundamentals. Where do you get that from?

Wallace this company first started trading oct,21st.Heres the release.Could'nt find anything else either.Good Luck
MAMARONECK, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 25, 2004--American Mobile Dental Corporation (PINK SHEETS:AMBD - News) announces it has begun trading on the NASDAQ Pink Sheets under symbol AMBD. On September 1, 2004, CDR Dental Centers successfully merged into Tradepubz.com, Inc. The new company, American Mobile Dental Corporation, opened on the Pink Sheets and began trading on October 21, 2004 under ticker symbol AMBD.
American Mobile Dental Corporation owns and operates state of the art, mobile dental offices in the northeast region of the United States. These mobile dental offices are designed to bring quality oral health care to patients that might otherwise find it too difficult or expensive to seek such services outside their neighborhoods. The mobile offices serve both Medicaid eligible and fee for service patients with basic dental services, including sealants for children, and orthodontic services.
Children living in or near underdeveloped neighborhoods are half as likely to have preventive dental care as children living in middle or high income neighborhoods, according to a study by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). Similar discrepancies exist for other age groups as well. Lack of education concerning the services available and fear of the pain and expense of dental services have kept many families from obtaining proper dental and orthodontic care.
According to Dr. Charles D. Randolph, CEO of American Mobile Dental and former Assoc. Professor of Pediatric Dentistry at Columbia and New York Universities, "children who are seen regularly by a dentist have fewer cavities, lower risk of gum disease and keep their own teeth longer than those that do not." Education about advances in modern dentistry that have taken most of the pain out of dental care is lacking in underdeveloped neighborhoods. "Both the fear of pain, and the difficulty and expense of getting to the dentist, have long kept a large segment of the population from receiving the dental care they need and deserve," said Dr. Randolph. American Mobile Dental will bring the education and services directly into the neighborhoods that have been under-served for so long.

tony,
Don't check everywhere I had posted. Sorry for the late response. Don't remember where I found the split info. Co did a reverse merger about the same date as the record date of the split and then made the declaration. Found no other info.

I believe we ALL shall reap rewards very soon, when 'predicted' good news comes EARLY this week. I would look for it to go HIGHER on news, and am planning to hold. You can see how there's been little profit taking, and a lotta people holding for more, on its' already 50%+ increase over the past week.

If company statements and projections are correct this just might be a good one. Technicals show otherwise for near term (as of 11/12/04) as follows:
"Today an Inverted Umbrella was formed. The long upper shadow shows the evidence for selling pressure, but the position of high price indicates that plenty of buyers still are around."
I think I will wait and watch carefully. I usually do not pay much attention to charts though. CORRECTION! On 2nd thought, looking at the pps and volume over the past mo. doubt if you could lose much at .018.

Gotta agree with you there...EESI looks solid at this level, and news anticipated VERY soon regarding acquisition. Will be fun to watch.
Come to think of it, so will AMBD, with the accumulation of last week, and the presumption that this is all build-up for good news early this week as well. I think a bunch of folks will do very with both of these stocks.

American Mobile Dental will be one of seven participants at the conference which Equities Magazine, the sponsor, anticipates will draw upwards of 200 investors and investment professionals.

"Dr. Randolph's commendable socially responsible strategy, to bring dentistry in the form of mobile units to people who cannot travel to dentists themselves, is a wonderful idea and deserves our support, " says Equities Magazine Editor Robert J. Flaherty. "We are very happy to showcase it." Flaherty's award-winning Equities Magazine, a monthly periodical focusing on emerging growth companies, sponsors the Equities Conference.
About Equities Magazine
Award-winning, 53-year-old Equities Magazine applies the investment vision of Sir John Templeton to the emerging, small and middle cap stock market niches. Each year Equities Editor Robert J. Flaherty interviews Sir John and then sets a tone for his readers for the next 12 months. A graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School Flaherty has won four journalism awards and received a special citation. At Forbes, where he wrote and edited for over 20 years before retiring as a senior editor, he wrote 33 cover stories, two shy of the all time record written by one person. Today, his pet target is abusive short-sellers, and he has testified before Congress about their antics. Equities reporting has directly led to several reforms. His next goal, which has eluded him for over two decades, is to see the end of naked short selling. More important to him than past awards and some outstanding negative stories are his hundreds of positive stories on some now famous companies when they were tiny and few if any outsiders believed in them. In March, Flaherty will start his 24th year as editor of Equities. He is also editor of the newsletter Equities Special Situations, which for the last three years has had one of the best records in America according to Hulbert Financial.
