Volume and Price up on this news!!!

BELMONT, Mass., Oct. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Kronos Advanced
Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: KNOS) announced its fiscal 2004
financial results and its securing of $4.5 million in funding from Cornell
Capital Partners, LP.

Kronos recognized $539,000 in revenues during the year ended June 30, 2004
compared with $559,000 for the prior year. Fiscal 2004 revenues were
generated from four customer contracts, including HoMedics, U.S. Navy, U.S.
Army, and a leading business jet supplier, in three different market segments:
consumer, military and transportation.

Kronos reduced its operating expenses to $2.1 million during the twelve-
months ending June 30, 2004 from $2.9 million for the prior year. This
$824,000 or 28% reduction was principally the result of a concerted effort to
reduce the Company's reliance on consultants and other professional service
firms, reduction in compensation and benefits and in other general selling,
general and administrative expenses. This resulted in a reduction in the
Company's net operating loss to $2.5 million during the twelve-months ending
June 30, 2004 from $2.8 million for the prior year.

A summary of accomplishments over the past twelve months are shown below:

Technology and Intellectual Property:
* secured three additional U.S. patents for our proprietary technology
and made additional U.S. and international patent filings;
* expanded our technical, research and product development team.
* Business Development, Marketing and Sales:
* earned over $0.5 million in revenue from military, consumer and
commercial customer contracts;
* obtained Smal

Oct. 2004 -> Oct. 2005 ..... What's old is new again, I say....

KNOS is bleeding money, but they've got some amazing deals lined up for the next couple of years (Homedics, IKEA, the US military, an unnamed auto manufacturer) ... Unless I'm missing something big here (entirely possible) or they go belly up, this one will be a keeper with huge potential .... real contracts and not just hype...

It's at a bargain price right now but the price seems to be holding steady and appears solid where it is (not too dangerous, anyway), with lots of room to go up (again, though, they're currently losing money, so be careful).... I've been watching this one for a while now and although volume is low I'm guessing we'll have some movement within the next few months .... since there's so much good PR coming out of the company and a lot of money flowing in even though true profit is a long ways off...

NOTE: the B-Chart and AB outlook isn't great currently, so you might want to wait before buying in...

Trend Spotter TM = Hold
Short Term Indicators Average: 20% - Sell
Medium Term Indicators Average: 25% - Sell
Long Term Indicators Average: 67% - Sell
Overall Average: 32% - Sell
Resistance = 0.0800

AB = WAIT (Today a High Wave was formed. This implies a loss of sense of direction and that there is a great amount of indecision in the market.)

Kronos Announces 2005 Year End Financial Results

By PrimeZone
Last Update: 9/29/2005 9:19:50 AM
Data provided by

BELMONT, Mass., Sept. 29, 2005, Sep 29, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Kronos Advanced Technologies, Inc. (KNOS) today announced its fiscal 2005 financial results for the year ended June 30, 2005.

Revenues from Kronos' wholly owned subsidiary, Kronos Air Technologies, Inc., were $430,000, compared with $533,000 for the prior year. Revenues were generated primarily from contracts with the U.S. Military, as the Company focused on delivery of a viable commercial air handler to the U.S. Navy and development of a dehumidification device for the U.S. Army, and from the development of a consumer product for HoMedics.

"This has been a year of expansion as Kronos added product development resources and developed several high profile strategic partner relationships," stated President and Chief Executive Officer Daniel R. Dwight. "Kronos has expanded production of standalone consumer air purification products beyond the initial prototypes and initiated increased product testing. This effort has resulted in the completion of a modified product design and the production and assembly of a limited number of new devices that incorporate these new features.

"In addition to our partnership with HoMedics, a leading health and wellness provider, we developed new strategic relationships with IKEA, an international leader in home furnishings, Northrop Grumman, a leading aerospace company, and an international manufacturer of luxury automobiles. An initial prototype device has been shipped to IKEA for testing and evaluation and a U.S. Navy product developed under an SBIR Phase II contract has been shipped to Northrop Grumman."

Other accomplishments include:

For the year ended June 30, 2005, operating expenses increased 33% to $2,772,000 compared with $2,089,000 for the prior year. This $683,000 increase was primarily the result of a $544,000 increase on cash and non-cash compensation and benefits, as well as a $107,000 increase in research and development as the Company expanded its research and product application capability, partially offset by a $111,000 reduction in professional services.

As a result of debt restructuring with HoMedics, Kronos' standalone consumer products partner, HoMedics agreed in October 2004 to provide Kronos an additional $1 million in debt financing and to extend the quarterly debt payments and the maturity date for $2.4 million in existing debt. Quarterly payments will be due on Kronos' receipt of royalty payments from HoMedics' sale of Kronos-based air purification products, or two years. The maturity date of the debt has been extended to October of 2009. The interest rate will remain at 6%. As part of the restructuring and additional debt financing provided by HoMedics, Kronos has issued warrants to HoMedics to purchase 26.5 million shares of Kronos Common Stock, potentially increasing HoMedics equity position in Kronos to 30% on a fully diluted basis. As a result of this debt restructuring, Kronos reported a $3,857,000 one-time non-cash charge to operations for the year.

As a result, the net operating loss increased during the year ended June 30, 2005 to $2,717,000 as compared with $1,935,000, and the net loss increased to $7,094,000, or $0.10 per share, as compared with a net loss of $2,495,000, or $0.04 per share for the prior year, respectively. Basic and diluted shares outstanding used in computing per share amounts were 67,612,904 and 57,760,785, respectively.

Details of the Company's results can be found in its annual report filed September 28, 2005 on SEC Form 10-KSB, at www.sec.gov and at www.kronosati.com.

Kronos Enters Into Prototype Development Agreement With Leading Luxury Auto Manufacturer

By PR Newswire

Data provided by

BELMONT, Mass., Sept 13, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Kronos Advanced Technologies, Inc. (KNOS), announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Kronos Air Technologies, Inc., a developer of proprietary air movement and purification technology for consumer and commercial products, has entered into a Prototype Development and Evaluation Agreement with a leading global automotive manufacturer.

"Working with a leading auto manufacturer of luxury automobiles is an extension of our ongoing efforts to serve the air quality needs of the global transportation industry," said Dan Dwight, President and Chief Executive Officer of Kronos Advanced Technologies. "The Agreement represents a continuation of Kronos' strategy to develop leading edge air movement and purification products with select strategic partners who are leaders in their respective industries."

Mr. Dwight noted that according to various industry reports, the amount of time Americans spend in their cars has risen 236 percent since 1982, with one report from TIME Magazine noting an average motorist over their lifetime will spend more than five years stuck in traffic alone.

"Providing optimum air circulation in automobiles is not only a comfort factor, but can also be a critical means of improving air quality and helping to prevent viruses and allergens that may otherwise accumulate in filtration systems," Mr. Dwight stated.

According to the American Lung Association's 2005 State of the Air 2005 Report, air quality and circulation is of particular importance to high-risk groups which include people over 65, children under 18, and those suffering from asthma, chronic bronchitis, lung or cardiovascular disease or diabetes.

The Kronos technology moves, filters and purifies air by using state-of- the-art high voltage electrodes and has no moving parts. As a result, the Kronos technology provides silent, energy efficient, and more cost-effective air movement than traditional fans. The technology can be embedded across any existing environment or built as a standalone product.

KNOS went up 5.41% today. This is normal fluctuation, so it could drop again tomorrow... but if it keeps going up I think it'll be time to get in on the trend.

So no one else is intersted in this one? Just me?

Oh well. Up and down it goes -- hitting one of the low points of the month today at 0.07, but it's been holding steady between 0.07 and 0.08 for a while, with a near-monthly burst past 0.1 (and a terrible low a while back at below 0.05. Overall the stock has TANKED since December '04, but the floor at 0.07 is fairly solid and the company could be back up at December 04's 0.2 in no time if one of these contracts pays off.... and with their recent debt restructuring now in place, we know they won't just disappear on us.

I sent some questions to the CEO recently. Here's what I got back tonight:

***

Dear Mr. Brachish:

Thank you for your continued interest in Kronos Advanced Technologies.

Kronos has been working with Kennedy Spencer and The Wall Street Group to expand Kronos' investor and press relations. This effort among other things has resulted in Kronos being featured in Appliance Design magazine (copy attached) and AutoTech Daily, a favorable investment recommendation by KonLin, and a lead interview with The Wall Street Transcript.

A copy of [all of] Kronos' [past] 2005 press releases is attached.

Our work with a leading business jet manufacturer is ongoing.

In regards to our recently announced agreement with a luxury automotive manufacturer, Kronos is withholding the name at the specific request of the manufacturer. The manufacturer believes Kronos could provide them with a sustainable competitive advantage and therefore does not want their competitors aware of their activities with Kronos.

Best regards,
DAN DWIGHT
President and CEO
Kronos Advanced Technologies, Inc.
http://www.kronosati.com/

***

If anybody wants a copy of the article and press releases that were attached to the above email, I can send them to you. But you can find most of the info on the website or in the news-wire archives, so none of it is going to be that mind-blowing.

However, the Appliance Design magazine article is pretty interesting (I think it can also be found online, but I'm not sure); it's all about a small KNOS device that moves air like a fan without using any moving parts. And it purifies the air at the same time. Of course, this is the basic idea that Kronos has been pushing all along, but looking at the specs and images of the actual, small unit described in the article really shows why a lot of companies are lining up deals with KNOS. it's very cool technology.

But I suppose there must be some major hiccups with the production costs or specs or something, since we still haven't seen any of this stuff hit the consumer market yet...... which is what's keeping the stock price down ....

I still have no timeline for when this might turn around, but I think a low buy-in in Oct. could be easily be swung within a couple of months, if the economy turns around at all, for a short-term or medium-term play (buy at 7 and sell at 14, maybe) ... and in the long term, we could see the technology being used by these guys become intergrated into all sorts of products one day, making this a potential major player and big pay off. That is, IF they ever start making money.

Haven't seen a Buy Confirmed in a while, but we've finally got a Buy-if ... AB can get it wrong a lot of the time, but so far with KNOS it's usually been right (check the AB stats from the last two years on this one).

It's not a strong signal, though: "Today a Short Black Candlestick was formed. This implies relatively weak selling pressure with little price movement."

Trend Spotter has still has KNOS as a hold; the 50 Day Parabolic Time/Price and the 50 - 100 Day MACD Oscillator are both saying BUY. There's resitance at 0.0753, but if we can break resistance it could run...

However, the overall chart ratings still have this at a sell -- with Long Term (hold) being much better than Short Term (sell).

Still, I really think this is going to bounce sooner than later....

If the market doesn't collapse completely, that is. News is looking bad in the U.S. and around the world with inflation and debt and war crushing the economy ... But my gut says KNOS can double within a year or less, no sweat, given just a moderate turn-around in the economy and/or good contract news for the company.

Back up to 0.0740, and AB still has it as a buy-if, but we'll be hitting resitance soon, as noted above. But I just ran into this related (rather recent) interview excerpt, where someone at TWST speaks to the Kronos Advanced Tech CEO .. could be of interest...

***

TWST: Would you give us a history and an overview of Kronos?

Mr. Dwight: Kronos is in the air movement and purification business. We have developed a proprietary technology to move, filter and purify air without any motors, fans or filters. The technology is based on using electrical current to generate ions that move the air across the product platform, which silently filters and purifies air in the process. We take particulates out of the air stream and remove biohazards, carcinogens in second-hand cigarette smoke and the like to a greater extent than anything that is on the market today. And we have proven our technology. Independent tests have verified that Kronos' technology removes 99.97% of 0.1 micron and above sized particles and impurities, and reduces hazardous gases and smoke by 95%. When tested on anthrax and bacteria simulants, a respective 95% and 100% destruction rate resulted.

TWST: Air handling is a big business. Who is the target customer for this?

Mr. Dwight: We are seeking to address the multi-billion dollar Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) market. Because our technology is completely scalable, it can be built in any shape or size, either as a standalone product or embedded across any residential or commercial platform, and fulfill needs in both the residential and commercial markets. We have already announced relationships to develop consumer products with leading residential and marketing partners including IKEA and HoMedics ' a company that distributes products through major retailers including Sears, Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Bed, Bath and Beyond and Linens N' Things. We have also signed agreements with leading automotive, and aircraft manufacturers to embed our technology into car and airplane cabins. Given the rising concern about air quality, particularly in the transportation sector, and transportation providers' need to ensure air safety and security, the Kronos technology will be a tremendous benefit to these companies. We recently entered into a Prototype Development and Evaluation Agreement with a leading global manufacturer of luxury automobiles. We're limited to what we can say about our partnerships because whether standalone or embedded, they are all unique applications of our technology and obviously we believe we provide our partners a sustainable competitive advantage. Historically, we've also done a lot of work with the U.S. Navy. Currently, Northrop Grumman is testing our embedded technology in the ventilation systems of ships. We're now actively looking at various potential partners in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning business for commercial and residential applications. Again, we take the technology and install it in the ventilation system. In addition, we are collaborating with the University of Washington on the development of a microelectronics cooling system utilizing our breakthrough technology. What's really unique about our technology is that it doesn't block the airflow like a system that utilizes a typical HEPA-type filter. You can actually see right through one of our devices. As a result, 85% of the buildings today, such as the one we're in now, don't have filtration. If your landlord were to add filtration to the current system, it would block airflow in the ducts. The end result would be air filtration but you would have to change the over-all air handling system because more pressure would be needed to push air through it. With our technology, you can retrofit the building without altering the air handlers, which completely changes the economics for the landlord. From a marketing standpoint, there are growing calls for improved indoor air quality from both a personal health and safety standpoint as well as homeland security reasons. We also plan to develop large air movement and purification products to assist the industrial scrubber and hazardous gas destruction marketplace.

And for a less biased, good overall look at the companies financial status (warts and all), circa late 2004, see: http://www.bizjournals.com/boston/stories/2004/11/15/daily27.html

Note that J.M. Dutton & Associates analyst Stephen L. Handley had a price target on this of 45 cents back in June 2004 (when the stock was at 14 cents), but the price ended up collapsing instead because the planned HoMedics "Mass Production Plans" never happened (at that time, production was expected to begin by early 2005). Something has been holding the mass production up, and speculation is that there may be problems with the technology (or at least the ability to mass manufacture at a low cost for a commercial audience). All the while, Kronos has racked up more debt.

To recap:

So, until mass production actually begins (or is at least confirmed to begin) and/or Kronos starts making more money, this stock will never reach its previous highs. But if mass production does kick in (HoMedics is still on board, as are others, so mass commercial distribution will be in place), we'll see this stock explode -- and the 45-cent price target will make sense once again (despite the dillution that I believe has taken place), with an even higher potential to come later (if even more dilution doesn't occur) .... Huge gains. Great potential.

The company just needs to get on the ball. But buying in now is a great (if somewhat risky) opportunity, since it's steady and cheap with amazing room to grow; although likely no run will come without news.... This stock is dead right now partly because people are bored silly waiting for it to pop, but when (and if) it does go, it's gonna run like crazy.. wait and see...

Here we go!

Volume is climbing -- from a month-long dead zone up to 603,950 already at 10 a.m.

The stock price is currently up over 10% today (and it was climbing slowly yesterday as well). Expect some fluctuation with this, but we've passed initial resitance already, so with some more volume this could jump ....

(KNOS), a developer of air movement and purification technology for commercial and residential environments, today released results of independent testing, conducted at the air quality research laboratory of a U.S. university that specializes in submicron particle research, that found the Kronos technology was able to remove up to 99.8% of superfine airborne particles from 20 - 200 nanometers (0.02 - 0.20 microns) in size, at air speeds from 5 - 50 liters per minute. Various viruses and bacteria, including Avian (Bird) flu and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS), are in similar size ranges to the superfine air particles that were captured by the Kronos technology. Traditional High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters only capture 300 nanometer (0.30 micron) size particles and larger.

The findings come amidst warnings by the National Academy of Science that poor indoor air quality has resulted in numerous chronic health complaints and increased cases of Asthma. The threat of airborne biohazards and concern over the outbreak of airborne infection is also at a high level. According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), many scientists believe it is only a matter of time until the next influenza pandemic occurs, which could have severe public health and financial impacts. Preparedness, notes the CDC, is critical.

"Given recent events, Kronos' ability to capture superfine particles that cause some of the most dangerous health hazards could mean a tremendous step forward for the transportation industry," said Peter Goelz, former managing director of the National Transportation Safety Bureau. "Transportation carriers will certainly want to look toward Kronos in their quest to provide safe and healthy cabin air quality."

"We are pleased with the findings of this independent testing, but even happier that our technology can help create safer and healthier environments in which people work, live and travel," said Dan Dwight, President and CEO of Kronos Advanced Technologies.

Why Particle Size Matters

According to researchers at the Harvard School of Public Health, healthy bodies can typically remove air particles larger than 2.5 microns in size through the nose, upper or lower airways of the lungs, although people with vulnerable lung conditions (lung or other chronic breathing conditions, decreased lung capacity, children, and adults over 65) have decreased natural filtration abilities. Smaller particles pass through the body's natural defense mechanism.

Similarly, a HEPA-level filter can traditionally capture particles 300 nanometers (0.3 microns) in size and larger, although the capture rate can vary according to conditions. Neither a healthy body nor a HEPA filter can capture superfine particles below 300 nanometers in size, which are the particles considered the most dangerous because of their ability to penetrate deep into the lung and cause disease.

While further scientific research needs to be conducted to understand why some particles are dangerous and others are not, to put it into context, a human hair is an estimated 40.00 microns in size, mold spores are an estimated 0.10 microns, Avian (Bird) flu virus H5N1 0.10, Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) virus range in size from an estimated 0.08 to 1.60, German Measles an estimated 0.07 and various strains of the common cold virus range in size from an estimated 0.03 to 0.11.....

If volume doesn't keep increasing, this will settle back down to about 0.0740, but it there's a rally we'll see a big rise and fast....

We've gotten highs of nearly 20% one-day gain today, with lows still bouncing around yesterday's high -- price keeps dipping, but new resitance seems to be keeping the bottom at 8... volume is up even more than before and growing... looking good, if lower resitance holds and volume continues to grow...

Alright... scratch that .... the volume went up but the price dropped back down below what I was hoping would be the new floor (0.08) to 0.072. My apologies if I got anyone's hopes up. And I hope no one bought at over 8 .... if so, don't sweat it. Just hold strong. This stock will have it's day.

A decent PR, some volume, and -- well, it wasn't a bad little day-trade or swing, IMHO, if you got in at 0.07 and sold at 0.085, but it's not the big run I'm expecting. Another day.... or week... or month.... It's comin', people.... I tell ya. I feel this one. It might be a long ways off, but it's out there.... and it might be big.

The bottom is falling out of KNOS. It's very disappoiting that the stock has dropped this much. It might be a sweet buy-in point, but it also might be a bad omen or the start of a larger fall.... and even if this is just a temporary drop due to a few shares being sold off, it could cause panic sells, which would exacerbate the problem, as panic sells only inspire more panic, lowering the PPS until reason takes control ....

Then again, it could be a shake-down before a run (MMs or insiders might know good news is coming), although the relatively low volume could indicate that this is just a minor sell-off from individuals tired of holding the stock, and not a pump and dump or dilution or pre-run shake.

There's also the possibility that the company is about to hit some rough times and people in the know are selling off ahead of time, of course ... so I'd wait again before buying more KNOS, but I also wouldn't panic and sell if you're in this at a higher average than the current PPS: We should at least get some more mildly positive PR within the next few weeks, and if everything stays okay with the company, we'll see a small run at least back up to 0.07 -- and with good news or a big contract, we can still expect a huge run and lots of $$ for all.

Again, I must restate that I think this stock has massive potential, but I caution all to wait until we're sure bad news isn't going to hit and that a shakedown and/or dilution isn't in progress. But if things look Kosher and the drop has stopped, then jump in at this low entry point and wait for a nice ride up to dime-land and possiibly beyond, or a good swing trade if nothing else. IMHO.

NOTE: All trend indicators are saying Strong Sell and AmBull is saying Wait. But the history of the stock would indicate that a nice upswing should take place after this current fall is over; the ups and downs of the stock have been fairly consistent for months, although we're dangerously approaching a new low and the bottom resitance could keep going lower while the initial upward resitsance has moved down to 0.07. A jump back up is expected if you look at the charts and history; however, much more volume is needed before we can break resistance and run beyond 0.08. But we should take into account that October is a bad month in general for stocks, and if the bear market morphs into a Bull this winter KNOS is primed to explode since it's current 0.0500 PPS is much lower than its 2005 year-to-date average of 0.0893, 2005 YTD high of 0.1600, and 260-Day high of 0.2000 (on 11/24/04).

Well, we finally seem to have hit bottom (around 0.03 to 0.04) .... and now Kronos has finally announced their first-Quarter results - the news is positive, although the company is still not making a profit and is still bleeding capital while they invest in technology research... but the future looks bright, if KNOS can keep afloat long enough to see return on their investments ... Although we'll have to hope that KNOS goes back to releaseing new PR every two weeks and starts making gains with their contracts, or else KNOS will begin to slide again due to lack of excitement and volume.... Below is the latest PR.

----------------------------------

Kronos Issues First Quarter Results and Updates Business Activities

11/15/2005 9:24:08 AM

BELMONT, Mass., Nov 15, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Kronos Advanced Technologies, Inc. (KNOS) President and Chief Executive Officer Daniel R. Dwight said today that significant advances were made during the first quarter ended Sept. 30, 2005, toward the development of its standalone air purification product with the receipt of shipment of pre-production prototypes from its contract manufacturer in Mexico and China.

Mr. Dwight said that internal testing of the product has been completed and exceeded expected results under the protocol co-developed by Kronos and HoMedics, one if its residential consumer product partners, while IKEA, the home furnishings retailer, is testing a prototype product with Kronos' embedded technology for the residential market. "At the same time, we have new commercial products in the pipeline for the automotive and airline markets," he stated.

For the first three months of fiscal 2006, the ramp-up in investment made by the Company's wholly owned subsidiary Kronos Air Technologies, Inc., for product development in consumer standalone product applications and residential and transportation embedded product applications, as well as for business development activities in expanding the Company's base of new potential strategic partners, led to an increase in operating expenses to $832,000 in the first quarter ended Sept. 30, 2005, compared with $504,000 in the corresponding period the year before. Revenues were $15,000 compared with $241,000, resulting in a net loss of $973,000 compared with $622,000 for the first quarter of 2004. The decrease in revenue is the result of an increased focus on residential and consumer application for the Company's proprietary air movement and purification technology, while relying less on military funded projects.

Details of the Company's results can be found in its quarterly report filed Nov. 14, 2005 on SEC Form 10-QSB, at or at www.sec.gov or at www.kronosati.com.

Mr. Dwight also provided a summary of the Company's business highlights for the first quarter.

Standalone Platform

Consumer Products: In August 2005, Kronos received initial shipment of its standalone air purification products from its low-cost, contract manufacturer in Mexico and China. In October, the Company completed internal testing of these products under a testing protocol co-developed by Kronos and HoMedics, its standalone consumer products partner and a maker of personal care products. Kronos achieved the consistent target results that had been better than expected, including average air filtration rate of 99.99% of 0.3 micron sized particulates and above.

In addition, Kronos completed the development and testing of its proprietary software. This software, used in conjunction with Kronos proprietary electronics, effectively manages the operation of the Kronos' air purification product across diverse air qualities and room sizes.

Embedded Platform

Residential Products: Kronos completed the design and production of its first embedded residential air purification device co-developed by Kronos and IKEA. In September 2005, Kronos shipped the initial prototype device to IKEA in Sweden for testing and evaluation. The device is currently being tested by an independent testing facility in Europe.

Transportation Products -- Aircraft: Kronos completed the manufacture of its first air movement and purification device under contract with a leading business jet manufacturer. The product was designed to meet the customer's specific product application requirements, including airflow, air purification and all U.S. Federal Aviation Administration safety standards, including environmental, flammability and electromagnetic interference (EMI). Kronos is finalizing in-house testing of the initial prototype device and expects shipment to the customer in November 2005.

Transportation Products -- Automobile: In August 2005, Kronos extended its work into the transportation industry by signing a Prototype Development and Evaluation Agreement with a leading luxury automotive manufacturer. With assistance from the customer, Kronos completed design and manufacturing of the initial prototype device to meet exacting customer standards for placement inside automobile interiors. Kronos is completing in-house testing of the device and expects shipment to the customer in December 2005.

Other Business Development Activities

Kronos continues to seek to develop additional strategic partner relationships. Kronos leveraged positive industry press coverage it has received, including the June, September and October articles in "Appliance Design Magazine," "Auto Tech Daily," and "HVAC Inside," respectively, to expand the Company's potential partnerships. Kronos also expanded its product demonstration capability, enabling the Company to more effectively demonstrate to various potential customers who requested information on how the technology can be applied to their specific applications. Because Kronos now has the ability to more effectively demonstrate the benefits of the Kronos technology at either its Research and Product Development facility in Redmond, Wash., or directly at customers' facilities, the Company believes it has improved its sales process. Along with the IKEA and leading auto manufacturer opportunities, these demonstrations have led specifically to Kronos shipping product to other potential customers for further testing and evaluation, initial development of new customer/market driven applications, and additional customer initiated negotiations for establishing new partnerships.

Product Claims Platform

Kronos continues to seek expansion of its product claims platform. During the quarter, it obtained results of independent testing of Kronos standalone air purification product which was conducted at the air quality research laboratory of a U.S. university that specializes in submicron particle research. The results showed that the Kronos product was able to remove up to 99.8% of superfine airborne particles from 20 - 200 nanometers (0.02 - 0.20 microns) in size, at air speeds from 5 - 50 liters per minute. Various viruses and bacteria, including avian (bird) flu and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS), are in similar size ranges to the superfine air particles that were captured by the Kronos technology.

Stockholders' Meeting

Kronos will hold its Annual Stockholders' Meeting in Boston on Dec. 20, 2005. Details of the meeting will be provided in conjunction with the mailing of the Company's Proxy Statement to its Stockholders.

Hahahahahah! Oh, you know it's true!

KNOS just went up over 110% today.

Yesterday it closed at 0.048
Today it opened at 0.064
Today's high was 0.135
Closed at 0.102

Sweetness!

Hope you were in!

You might not want to buy in now, since it's peaked for now and reaching a new high from here will be riskier.... But look for this to run again in the future. It's a great little company. [Big Grin]

Prdponce,

Good job, man!

Where did you hear the rumour of the news coming out today -- or did you just see the news in the morning and then buy in and swing really fast? I'd been emailing the CEO, and although he wrote me back, he never hinted at this latest PR....

I missed your post this morning and the news, as I was busy with work all day -- wish I'd seen it... If I'd suspected that we were going to see this run, I woulda bought a lot more, as I'm obviously a fan of the company ... I actually thought I was going to have time to come in and keep getting more before the run ... I had a few grand in at different PPS rates -- some too high, some nice and low, but wanted to buy more at the low -- but it was nice to see this turn around earlier than I'd expected, even if it meant I didn't own as much at a low PPS as I'd planned....

This is a good stock to swing, although it can sink dangerously low at times -- so choosing a safe entry point can be tough. But it does pop fairly regularly and long-term has good potential, so long as they start making money eventually...

And it's STILL going! Today's high was 0.1750. Awesome. What a great turnaround. At this point I'm not buying back in unless it dips big, though. I should note that the oft-mocked Am-Bull actually did a decent job of predicting this one this month -- the buy point and a good hold reccomendation -- although it wasn't such a great indicator last month. The latest PR for KNOS was very strong though, which was the realy key to jump-starting the stock again. Still, those holding now may want to consider selling, as resistance will be hit soon unless more great news keeps coming fast.

Hmm.... KNOS is hitting some low points again. And yet they've been releasing some good PR now again over the last couple of months. Could be getting very close to another good time to buy in. I might stock back up, but I'm not 120% sure yet. (I sold all my shares for a small profit during the last run.)

As usual, what's holding the company back is that they're still not profitable.... They have a lot of buns in the oven (Homedics, IKEA, the US military/navy, an unnamed auto manufacturer, foreign business partners, a small airline and/or airline manufacturer), but no steady income. Of course, if any of their bigger endeavors work out, we'll be talkin' huge cash, at which point it'll be too late to buy in. So there's the gamble.

The news that shot KNOS up the last time was the fact that their air-purifier destroys most airborne bacteria -- which is not only healthy, but according to preliminary results could make the KNOS purifier a strong defense against biological warfare.... If there's truth to this, then Kronos technology is going to be huge one day. (Well, if they don't go out of business first.)

I'm a bit worried that there's some slow-fuse dilution or ruse going on here, because there doesn't seem to be any good explanation why the company isn't taking off and/or why a bigger corporation hasn't bought them out yet. But that's my paranoid side talking. My idealist side says that this stock is still a huge winner waiting to run.

If you've got any info or opinion on the company or stock, please share....
