(OTCBB:ONEV - News), developer of 4th Generation voice solutions for the Telecom and Interactive Multimedia markets held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on October 14, 2004 in San Diego, California. The meeting was attended by shareholders, company officers and directors. Agenda items included a proxy report, a review of 2004 results, plans for 2005 and concluded with demonstrations of the MobileVoice(TM) system along with a demonstration of the new One Voice Media Center Communicator product.
The shareholders ratified all matters presented in the proxy. This includes approval to amend the Company's Certificate of Incorporation to increase the authorized number of shares of common stock, the approval of the Board of Directors to hold office until the 2005 Annual Meeting of Shareholders and to ratify the selection of Peterson & Company, LLP as the company's auditor for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2004.

One Voice Technologies Issues Corporate Update

"Since the beginning of 2004, One Voice has made tremendous progress in closing deals with telecom carriers and PC OEMs, including: Golden State Cellular, Montan Telecom, Tata Infotech, Telispire PCS, Panhandle Telephone, ABS Computer Technologies, Niveus Media, Inland Cellular and San Diego State University. All of these contracts are revenue bearing and we will begin seeing revenue generated once our products are sold-through to the above company's subscribers/customers. We anticipate revenue to begin this November starting with the upcoming launch of our MobileVoice(TM) product by Golden State Cellular. The Golden State Cellular launch will be followed quickly by a similar launch by Inland Cellular to their subscribers. We will continue to sign new agreements and place our cutting-edge products into the hands of new subscribers as quickly as possible. Again, revenue will begin next month. Given our sales pipeline I am confident we will close additional carrier and PC OEM deals shortly.

Additionally, Microsoft will perform its own focus group on our Communicator product next month, November 2004. The purpose of this focus group is to work closely with Microsoft to fine-tune our Communicator product for our consumer launch to PC OEMs. Voice recognition for the Windows XP Media Center is the next innovation that we anticipate will create a high consumer demand for Windows XP Media Center.
