Looks like dilution is going on. I could be wrong, but I would look to see this continue to fall. In that meeting described above, they authorized about 2 billion more shares to be issued, and also voted for the option to do a Reverse Split. I would stay away from this one. They will probably be diluting this one for a while, then plan on doing a R/S. Be careful!

Hey johnnydollar, I'm only in this one for the morning. I'm hoping to get a 20 to 40% gain in and get out right away. I heard about the reverse split coming, but nevertheless this stock is not a hold for me. That's pennies for ya. Bank on em while they're hot.

If you are going to play this one, that would be the way to do it, get in and get out. However, if dilution is happening, which is what I think is going on, this will probably continue to fall. The charts do not look very promising. I will watch this in the morning, and if it looks like it is going to run, then I'll get in, take my 10-20% and get out.
