One positive thing about this stock is that you probably never need to worry about a reverse split. Their a/s is "unlimited" so they can just issue shares as they need to and never reach their authorized.

Upside, that is fine, but the stock has been languishing at this place since a long time, there have been good news / reports of the company, but the price just refuses to move up. Why?

Couple of reasons. They have an outstanding customer list and their revenues increase every year yet with every increase in revenue, they lose more money. They currently have a deficit in excess of 41 million dollars. To overcome their loses they are borrowing against their accounts receivable with an interest rate of 30% annually. That's insane. It will suck a company dry in no time. In addition to that they now have over 4 billion shares outstanding. It's a big gamble but this company could, just maybe, turn itself around. As I said, they have a very impressive client list and are increasing their revenues so that end of the business is doing fine. On the financial side though they're being sucked into a whirlpool of debt. When that starts to happen, it's darn near impossible to stop without dramatic changes to the entire business. In my opinion if they continue doing things status quo, the will be in Chapter 11 sometime soon.

Will, Come up here and kick me in the head would you. I'm actually thinking about buying a little more of that 800 billion dog, betting on something happening before the end of October. We're off topic here, carry it over to the other thread if you want to continue.

NO! I'm not going to "that" thread. If you buy any of that after seeing that freak show Saturday...........well, I just don't what I'll do to you. Do the words "former friend" mean anything to you?

GOD! I have to do some serious interventionist work with my friend Upside. I have to get him into some type diamond fever 12 step program.
As for THTHF I have had on my watch list for at least three months. Tried to buy at .0001 a few times, unsucessfully. Saw it go from .0001 / .0002 to .0009 / .0011, so it's possible. 4B O/S, sounds scary, but there are quite a few pennies with that + .
