KIRYAT BIALIK, Israel and LAS VEGAS, Jan 5, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Integrated Software Development Ltd. (ISD) (Pink Sheets:ITDJ), a provider of enterprise software aimed at small-and medium-sized enterprises, today announced that the Company will work closely with HP Israel on integrating BENEFIT Version 5 into major corporations that operate Clarify CRM software. In the framework of CRM consulting to large corporations, HP Israel and other branches of HP around the world have relied on Amdocs' Clarify CRM. However, while Clarify CRM provides economically viable solutions for major CRM needs within corporations, this often is not the case for various departments within corporations where the volume of registered activities may be too low. For example, in cases where certain departments within large corporations have only hundreds of service calls per day, rather than in the thousands, use of Clarify CRM to register and process these calls, within the overall corporate system run by Clarify CRM, would not be economically sound.
BENEFIT works seamlessly in feeding CRM information, such as management of products or service calls, to Clarify CRM systems. ISD and HP have already begun implementing BENEFIT as a solution for a major service provider in Israel. The companies see substantial opportunities for further cooperation in this area both in Israel and around the world.
"The need for a smaller system that can speak to, or integrate with, Clarify CRM on a corporate level is quite significant," says Moti Maram, ISD's CEO. "ISD's BENEFIT offers the ideal integrated solution and HP Israel is the perfect strategic partner to begin implementation."
BENEFIT is an off-the-shelf solution that is geared towards small- to mid-sized customers in service-intensive industries. It offers the power and many of the features found in custom-made CRM and ERP enterprise systems at a fraction of the cost.

Could be, i think people have been sitting on this for awhile and wanted out because of the amount of time it hasn't moved. The whole HP deal lends a lot of credence to the validity of this company IMO. I think a lot of people are picking up on that. You have to remember HP is only second to IBM now in the Consulting Services/Outsourcing department. With this kind of reach, HP can give ITDJ a big boost not only in revenue but in market penetration and brand recognition. You have to remember that for a small company they already have numerous paying clients and HP is only going to help add to this client list.
Put a few hundread down, big deal, I herd this expression before here " Its a lotery ticket" and I agree. News is good, volume high, are the mm's jacken us around, don't know but I do know that when this does move I be glad I held and spent that little $300.
I don't mind waiting, the worse that can happen is a tax right off , right? So i'll take the risk, thats what alot of pennys are, risk. Spend what you consider fun cash, in hope of a " lottery winning"
My opinion only and thats why im in on cheap stocks.... the same goes with prrm. Both have hudge potential,
BJ

Yes Hi/Lo, this is actually one of the few pinks that I like. CRM is a huge business...and SAP/Peoplesoft/Oracle only really look after larger companies. I mean if you only have 20 employess with $4million in revenue there is no way you can afford to get a SAP installation or then pay for the staff to support it or the service contracts with SAP for 24/7 help with the software. With ITDJ's software going after the small to medium business, with the help of Tier 1 company such as HP and with our somewhat manageable float we look to be in good shape IMO. If QBID can do 5400% in one year with no real backing...can't we do the same with the help of a Tier 1 company such as HP?

Exactly!!! I have been preaching this for a while but gave up with little response.... Regardles though.. I am sticking with this investment because I know the value of SAP. My company spent 20 Million on it just a few years ago and I know that Pepsi just spent ONE BILLION this year!!! We have potential!!

I look at it like this. Oracle and SAP will come to realize that they are loosing a ton of business because they cannot offer their services to small to medium size businesses. With HP helping ITDJ get its name out international by helping it roll out its product to smaller companies HP deals with we are looking good for a buyout. You have to remember that HP has huge influence when they push a product.
6 months we could be looking at a good $200-300million buyout for ITDJ, IMO, based on the amount of money being thrown around in the CRM field today. Just go have a look at Siebel or SAP or Oracle. CRM is crazy right now with aquisitions, mergers, buyouts. One of the big things right now for companies to reduce cost is to control the costs associated with managing their customers, sales, product pricing, etc. CRM software helps you do this.
I don't need to see anything quickly on this. At only .0001 i think it is a pretty good risk.

Integrated Software Development Sells Subcontractor Management System to Army Monday January 10, 9:45 am ET BENEFIT to Be Integrated into Israeli Army Logistics Unit
KIRYAT BIALIK, Israel and LAS VEGAS, Jan. 10, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Integrated Software Development Ltd. (ISD) (Other OTC:ITDJ.PK - News), a provider of enterprise software aimed at small-and medium-sized enterprises, today announced the sale of BENEFIT to a logistics unit in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).
In September of 2004, a pilot project with the IDF was successfully completed, leading to today's purchase. The IDF is using BENEFIT to more effectively manage and control the work done by the myriad of subcontractors that service a wide range of IDF units. Specifically, BENEFIT will monitor and report on the number of man-hours worked on a specific project, including full tracking of all work done and progress made. This tracking enables easy comparison of the actual number of hours worked with the budgeted hours, as well as clear reporting of project status.
``The IDF was very excited with the results of our pilot project in September,'' notes Moti Maram, ISD's CEO. ``Now, they have every intention in implementing BENEFIT across a wide range of activities in a number of departments. This is ISD's first project in the military and defense sectors, which shows just how versatile BENEFIT is in offering workflow management solutions. With this new 'stamp of approval' from the IDF, we look forward to creating other business opportunities in this major industry.''
BENEFIT is an off-the-shelf solution that is geared towards small- to mid-sized customers in service-intensive industries. It offers the power and many of the features found in custom-made CRM and ERP enterprise systems at a fraction of the cost. BENEFIT includes many CRM functions serving the needs of organizations for greater internal efficiency, cost control, and customer service quality.
