KIWI Network Solutions Reaffirms Mission Statement

TORONTO, Sept. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - KIWI Network Solutions, Inc., (OTCBB: KWNS - News) and its Management have reaffirmed the Company's Mission to finalize certification and commence manufacturing of its proprietary "ultra- wireless" communicator. All announced contracts and deployment strategies are being pursued. The Company is in final contract negotiations with several Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and the Company will be issuing a further release to provide shareholders with more information on the timing of the launch of the Company's multi-network format enabled cellular, WIFI and Ultra-Broadband enabled communicator.
The Company is continuing its strategy to develop and integrate compelling and highly marketable applications that will reside on the Company's proprietary device and offered to other devices under licensing arrangements.

The Management and Directors of the Company further announce that a Shareholders Meeting is being planned and that the date and time of the meeting will be confirmed in the next few weeks in accordance with appropriate notice and disclosure.

KIWI Network Solutions Inc. completes development contract with Lyrtech to construct Proprietary Handheld Communicator

TORONTO, Sept. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - KIWI Network Solutions Inc. ("KIWI") (OTCBB:KWNS - News), a developer and integrator of web-based, wireless network applications and wireless device technology, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Lyrtech Inc. (www.lyrtech.com). (TSX-V: LYT - News), a globally recognized player in digital signal processing (DSP) technologies, for the final design, development and certification of KIWI's Proprietary Handheld Communicator.
Lyrtech will act as the technology integrator responsible for the final design, development and certification of a proprietary multi-network enabled handheld personal computing/data/audio mobile communicator for KIWI. Terms of the contract will be disclosed in a subsequent release and applicable filing(s).
