Casting of Murder by Deception

The Company conducted the initial casting of Murder by Deception
on May 22, 2004. We estimate the DVD will be ready for manufacturing
in late October, 2004 and ready for retail distribution by SSSG
Distribution, Inc. shortly thereafter.

the domain name www.murderbydeception.com as the official website for
the movie. Our web designer is completing the design of the site and
it should be operational late next week. The site will contain behind
the scenes footage, photos, cast bios and other exciting news coverage
of the production and will be a multi-media site designed in Flash MX
2004

Kadalak Entertainment Group Soundtrack Design

Kadalak Entertainment Group is producing the score and soundtrack
for MBD using the Apple Computer, (NASDAQ:AAPL) www.apple.com/logic
Logic Pro 6 music production software. We expect to have the
soundtrack available for digital downloading on several digital music
sites including the ITunes for Ipod.

Projects in Development

We are developing our second feature length DVD project and we
expect to start pre-production on the second project as soon as the
production of Murder by Deception is concluded.

SUMMARY

We have developed our business model and our first film project
Murder by Deception, a direct to DVD release is nearing its start
date. The highly profitable urban film content genre, in our
estimation, will provide SSS with the financial base to expand into
other areas of media production.

Silver Screen Studios: Finalizes Director for Murder by Deception

(OTCBB:SSSU - News) www.silverscreenstudiogroup.com announces that the director for Murder by Deception, its first direct to DVD feature film to be shot in high definition, has been selected and principal photography will begin in shortly in Atlanta, GA.
Ace Cruz: Director

Silver Screen Studios announces that it has selected the multi-talented director Ace Cruz, www.imdb.com/name/nm0190228/ to direct Murder by Deception. Ace is a talented director that has directed several movies to his credits. The most recent being the movie, Fate, www.imdb.com/title/tt0346971/, starring Phillip Michael Thomas, formally of Miami Vice, Lee Majors and Michael Pere.

We feel that Ace is a young and upcoming talent and we are honored to work with Ace on this project and hopefully we can build a long term relationship with talent of Ace's caliber.

Financing Update:

Media Finance, our internal financing subsidiary, has incorporated the Feature Film Media Fund I, Inc. to raise up to $10 million to fund several projects in development and to complete the build-out of Silver Screen's studio complex. The company is currently being structured and prepared for fund raising. The board is directors is considering the payment of a dividend in preferred stock.

International X-treme Sports Federation:

We are currently negotiating with the International X-treme Sports Federation for the production and broadcast rights to their sports programming. The programming will be broadcast on the Silver Screen Media Network and well as on partners distribution channels. More details will be released as they develop.
