1. THEY HIRED A ACCOUNTING FIRM TO DO A CERTIFIED SHARE COUNT WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE COMPLETED MONTHS AGO. THE ACCOUNTING FIRM WAS NEVER NAMED AND WE HAVE NEVER GOTTEN A SHARE COUNT. UNLESS YOU HAVE A CERTIFIED SHARE COUNT, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO EVEN ESTIMATE THE SHARE COUNT. FURTHER, A BUYBACK WAS STATED TO WHICH HAS NEVER COME TO LIGHT.
2. FRANK OLSEN HAS RELEASED CONTINOUS PR WHICH WILL STATE INFO SUCH AS "THINGS TO COME" OR "THINGS ARE GOING GREAT". WE ARE GIVEN SPECIFICS SUCH AS WE'LL TELL YOU NEXT WEEK, ETC. ONLY TO NEVER SUCH ANY OF THE INFORMATION MATERALIZE.
3. THERE IS NO 10-YEAR DEAL WITH TIME WARNER. WE WERE TOLD THERE IS BUT THERE ISN'T. WE WERE TOLD WE WERE GIVEN A HUNTING LICENSE BUT THIS IS MISLEADING ON IT'S FACE AND BOTTOM LINE, THERE IS NO DEAL WITH TIME WARNER.
4. WE WERE TOLD THAT THE "SOFT" LAUNCH WAS TO BEGIN ON A CERTAIN DATE. A PRESS RELEASE WAS GIVEN GIVING A DIFFERENT DATE. THE STOCK PRICE PLUMMETED FROM .012+ TO .005 IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES AFTER THAT PRESS RELEASE. I AS WELL AS MANY OTHERS FILED S.E.C. COMPLAINTS AND FRANK ISSUED A PR IMMEDIATELY AT 3PM WHICH CORRECTED THE MIS-INFORMATION AND THE STOCK PRICE ROSE BACK UP TO .011+.
5. WE ARE TOLD IN A PRESS RELEASE THAT WE HAVE SECURED FINANCING TO SECURE 5-YEARS OF BROADCAST. FEW WEEKS LATER, ANOTHER PR WAS DONE REFERENCING A $2 MILLION DOLLAR INVESTMENT FROM A MAJOR INVESTMENT FIRM BUT THE "FIRM" IS NEVER IDENTIFIED WITH THE OPTION OF $1 MILLION DOLLAR LOAN WHICH HAS SECURED OUR BROADCAST. FOLLOWED JUST RECENTLY THAT WE OBTAINED A $1 MILLION DOLLARS WHICH HAS SECURED OUR 1ST YEAR BROADCAST.
6. WE HIRED A CERTAIN INDIVIDUAL (Michael Markovsky) WHO WAS GOING TO ASSIST WITH HIS BACKGROUND IN TELEVISION ONLY TO DISCOVER HE WAS SUBJECT TO 2 FAILED TELEVISION STATIONS AND A FRAUD INDICTMENT. FRANK STATED HE LEARNED MORE FROM THIS GUY IN 1-DAY THEN IN THE PAST 5-YEARS FROM EVERYONE ELSE. WELL LET'S SAY THIS GUY WAS SO VERY KNOWLEDGABLE, WHY ISN'T HE STILL AROUND?
7. FRANK POSTS THAT WE HAVE 100,000 CALLS PER A 2-MONTH PERIOD ON THE 800 HOTLINE AND IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR 100,000 CALLS TO HAVE TAKEN PLACE VIA THE HOTLINE.
8. WE HAVE A "DEAL" WITH NETWORK TELEPORTS TO TEST OUR SOFT LAUNCH ON C-BAND (BIG SATELLITE DISHES) AND WE SEEN 1-PROGRAM WITH 2 OTHERS REPORTED FOR THE ENTIRE TIME THIS "SOFT" LAUNCH TOOK PLACE. FURTHER, SHORTLY THEREAFTER, THE SIGNAL COULD NOT BE FOUND.

10. WE ARE TOLD THAT THE LOCAL WORK FOR Q-TV SHALL BE "SUB-CONTRACTED" OUT TO THE LOCAL STATIONS WHERE NEWS IS HAPPENING. TO DATE, NOT A SINGLE LOCAL NETWORK HAS BEEN RETAINED.

12. REGARDING OUR "SOFT" LAUNCH, THIS WAS FOR VIEWING BY THE ADVERTISERS TO SEE WHAT Q-TV IS ALL ABOUT. FURTHER, NOT A SINGLE ADVERTISERS HAS BEEN CONTRACTED. THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS A FEW WEB-PAGE ADS ON THE Q-TV WEBSITE AND OF THOSE ADVERTISERS, THEY BRING NO CREDIBILITY TO Q-TV AS A "REAL" STATION.
13. RCN, THE CARRIER OF CHOICE HAS 500,000 OR LESS SUBSCRIBERS, IS IN BANKRUPTCY, HAS A RECORDED HISTORY OF PROMOTING STATIONS IT DOES NOT POSSESS AND HAS A 2.2 MILLION DOLLAR JUDGEMENT AGAINST THEM. Why do you care so much? Who cares... If All the people holding QBID (including myself) want to throw thier money away why do you care?? Think how much money you could of made doing some DD on another stock instead of writting your little list of unconfirmed problems with QBID.

Whether you are pro or con QBID, everything he listed above is true. Granted, it is all negatives and I'm sure someone could post a list of positives. But you really can't deny that the above has occurred.

I'll dispute at least one of them.
As I posted under the "real" QBID topic regarding item #22 there is no mention in the PR just how many movies are covered by the deal. U4 is assuming that the titles listed are all we got out of the deal. I feel the PR implies these are just examples. In truth we don't know exactly how many films QTN now has license to show.

I am quite sure he has a lot of shares...And I am sure he is quite upset with the way Frank has played this whole thing out. With the pr's done right, this stock could be at 25 - 50 cents right now on nothing but momentum. But Mr. Olsen doesn't have a freakin clue. Pinks live in a pr world, and this one was played terrible. If I had held this long, being lied to by a ceo I would be freaking ill also. Good luck ...

Just a question on this subject. I am not making a statement, just want to know your opinions are. I may resond after I get them. Would it make sense for someone to attempt to bash a stock that sits at .005? I mean bash to mean purposely disseminate false negative propoganda with the intent of driving the price down. We play these stocks at 100ths and 1000ths of a penny. Is it logical or practical or savvy to attempt this on stocks that are so cheap even my 5 year old son can buy shares by the 10's and 100's of thousands with the quarters he makes feeding the fish or watering the plants.

Whoa now. So you're saying that your investment strategy is based purely on what you "believe" in.. regardless of facts? Using your brand of logic, only people with positive things to say about a company should talk about it. If your heart is pounding out of your chest, do you only go to the doctor that will tell you that you're fine and that everything will be ok? Or do you get a second opinion to see if there's a possibility that there really is a problem? What good does only hearing the positive do? Like all decisions in life, your best bet is to examine all sides of an issue, then proceed with the decision that best suits your needs. Hearing negative information about a company in no way shape or form harms your decision making process. If anything, it should strengthen it.
Examples: I posted the 13th or 14th message on the TSBB board after their big PR came out and everyone hopped on it. I said that the PR was bs and that the stock would probably see a short lived spike due to the newbies jumping in, followed by a complete tanking. Sure enough, it spiked up for a couple of days, then completely collapsed, followed by a reverse split and symbol change. Everyone was up in arms about how the CEO lied to them, which is funny because I pointed out from day one that the whole thing was a pile of bs. No one listened to the "basher" though and therefore lost a lot of money.
IBZT sounded like a really good deal, until they delayed their vkb release. And delayed again. And again. I sold after the first delay, only taking a minor loss. I posted something about the potential for disaster and that it would be a good idea to think twice about holding. Of course the delays turned out to be more than just minor setbacks, and now the SEC is investigating and once again everyone is upset about the CEO lying to them, even though several other "bashers" and I all piped up with warnings.
QBID has been beset by more delays, bs PRs, and a shady history that is hard to ignore.. yet everyone seems to do a really good job of ignoring the bad while pumping pure speculation and making excuses for Frank's incompetence (maybe he's manipulating the shares to get a lower price for the buyback! makes perfect sense!). I pointed out many of these things back in March and was instantly labeled a basher for digging up negative information on the company that dozens of people doing "extensive" DD seemed to miss, even though it only took me 20 minutes with Google to find it all. I've never seen so many people with their heads in the sand. I sold about 80% of my position months ago after the first delay, so I came out ahead by about 1200%. I could care less what happens to the rest at this point, but I have to admit it's incredibly amusing to watch everyone ride this bomb down like Slim Pickens in Dr. Strangelove. The most amusing thing is that everyone seems to listen to and respect the people who have been making claims of "$1.00 next week!" or how about everyone who said we'd be at .25-.50 for the convention...the people who have been making these wild-ass predictions are the ones everyone likes, yet the people who have been making slightly more accurate predictions are completely ignored and labeled bashers(I predicted we'd see 3-4 delays to launch, followed by a complete tanking.. also my guess was that the highest we'd see would be between .03 and .05... we topped out at .028...) So you have some people who are batting .1000 who are labeled bashers and crapped on, and others batting .0000 who seem to get all the 'respect'.. it's hilarious. A psychologist could have a field day here.

If you don't believe in a company then you don't investigate it further. If you don't believe in a company, you don't hold long. If you don't believe in a company, you don't waste time acting like you're helping thousands of people.
Usually when you don't believe in a company there is no proof of any single thing about them......AND THAT IS WHAT YOU GUYS ARE TRYING TO DO!
I've got more proof QBID is real then you do negative posts! Maybe you can spend $300 of your precious dollars and go visit the offices.

Those of us that got that label when we spoke up are also the ones that got out with a nice profit. I sold my last share back then after speaking up about this POS at .0115 and made a huge profit. The people with their heads up their a$$ are the ones riding this turd down the toilet. Daytrading this is the only way people will probably make money on this from hear on out. Everyone can say all they want about QBID, but the PPS speaks for itself. QBID has allegedly launched, but the PPS ranges in the .005-.006 range. It was much higher back when it was only an idea. Even if QBID is for real, the CEO is the biggest moron I have ever come across. He has no idea how to run this company. Had he let Devenney do their job and issue all the PR's, Q would be trading much higher. The reason Q is in the crapper is solely due to the mismanagement of Frank Olson. I would bet the farm that if a PR came out stating that Frank Olson was stepping down and was being replaced by anyone, the PPS would rocket that day. I too was/is labeled a basher, but I could care less what people say about my past posts, the PPS and performance of QBID has vindicated all the people that warned everyone back before this crashed.

1Big- I respect all peoples post, both negative and positive, as long as they support it with DD. I gave up a long time ago trying to warn anyone about QBID. Until today, I have only lurked on the Q threads. The reason I still follow and read about Q is because if I see an opportunity to make money, I will jump on it. Since I sold the rest of my long shares back at .0115, I have daytraded this and made some good money. That is the reason I still have an interest in Q. Plus on days like this, I laughed my a$$ off at the post over on the other Q thread.

Well put,and well spoken.I agree 100 percent.You need to be open,hear all sides and then make your own decisions.When is the last stock that was followed forever buy the herd on this board for a long period of time,paid off.Think about it.Can it happen yes.But like the examples given most crash.I put money in similar stocks and have taken my shots at the Stocks of a lifetime.And will continue to,but keep it perspective,and don't put all your money ,hopes,and dreams on one stock.I hope that qbid soars for all of you.

I have a few I would love to have you do some DD on and give me your honest opinion.Good or bad I might get some info or opinion that may help me.If you tell me you think one is horrible or sucks thats fine.I can still do what I want.(Get it)Who cares what someone posted thats his opinion,you don't have to agree with it.If no one posted the other side we would all lose are asses on stocks.I don't own qbid.Heres my opinion,it's still a longshot,but it could move if everying goes right and falls into place.Lot of work still needs to happen.I hope it does for all of you.Good Luck

This morning on the QBID Thread, U4 began his posts with "problems" at RCN by providing a link-from 2002! Just like all of us who stay current on QBID, he is aware that RCN may get a go from the judge any day.
The market was up today. What did he do today? He played his old tricks--a little more clever this time around.
Then, he puts together a new thread to "protect other traders" from "foolishly" holding a subpenny televsion stock that is just on the threshold of exploding.
In other words, he wants us to sell, sell, sell our QBID shares.
U4TSAF2, benevolent patron of goodwill, perhaps the members on this board are now 2FAST4U.
