S3I Holdings, Inc. Announces Shareholders Approval of Name Change and Additional Amendments to Articles of Incorporation

(OTCBB:SEIH) today announced that a special meeting of shareholders was held on September 08, 2004 for the purpose of considering and voting upon a proposal to amend the Company's Articles of Incorporation.
