CMKM Diamonds Inc. Announces $10,000,000 Joint Venture Agreement via CDS September 2, 2004
CMKM Diamonds Inc. (Pink Sheets:CMKX) is pleased to announce that the Company has finalized a joint venture agreement where St. George Metals, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SGGM) will purchase a 5% unencumbered and absolute interest in any and all mineral claims held by CMKM Diamonds, Inc. in consideration for $10,000,000 US Dollars and two hundred billion (200,000,000,000) restricted shares of SGGM. The Company has received a $2,500,000 payment with three additional payments of $2,500,000 anticipated within the next 30 days.
There is no guarantee that further exploration or drilling will produce any economic benefit to the company or the shareholders of the company.

Yesterday when the PR was issued, SGGM was trading at .01, opened at .02 and very quickly went to .12, settling in the afternoon back at .066. This morning it has been trading as high as .08, as investors speculate on what relationship it has to CMKX and possibly to the Fipke diamond empire.

Are you sure its 950 billion and not million. Can you verify it? only I saw another posting state that was a mistake with the decimal.

Heres my question,nobody was buying at a penny,now because they have a stake in cmkx you will buy at 6 cents.Why would'nt you buy more cmkx the major player at 0.0004 instead.Also cmkx is probably going to give out sggm shares as a dividend.

good luck tony, these guys are really stuck on CMKX and UC.... this is a DILUTION PLAY in the making you MIGHT make money on daytrades here but there are hundreds of BILLIONS of shares waiting to be released into the market...

I don't claim to be the smartest tool in the shed,but I,m not deaf or blind.To each there own.I wish them luck.I must say this whole cmkx is now the stangest mess i have ever seen.So how much sggm did you buy Glassman (haha).

I would have bet my whole portfolio that you did'nt buy any.You do good in depth DD.I see your posts.Thanks for pjtg and myco.I have patients and am willing to wait on some strong coming companys.If i might ask what software do you use.Thanks and may all your picks hit the trail running.

Has anyone seen a balance sheet for SGGM. I highly doubt it. I'll bet their cash and assets dont add up to 10,000$ never mind in the billions. This is a strange one to say the least.
