Agree. I'm going to ride it a little more based on charts.
This piggy should gap in the morning. Then profit takers stepping in. Hoping for some flashing pom-pom news. Also thinking the merger news coming soon. Then hope for the gap to fill.
Saw they did a r/s recently, so MM's should have basically all of the float.

Playing the charts myself also. Might be pullback with some profit taking but IMHO this is not done climbing yet. .05 is definitely not out of the question IMO. Just look at the charts.

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Aug. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- InDigiNet, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: IDGN), a provider of managed communication solutions for Small to Mid-Size Enterprises (SMEs) in the United States, is pleased to announce that A. G. Spencer Corporation (AGS) has provided a turnkey enterprise to InDigiNet. Spencer Communication Company (SCC) will become a wholly owned operating subsidiary of InDigiNet. Spencer Communication Company (the Project) is being provided to InDigiNet as part of the global strategy consulting services of A. G. Spencer Corporation. AGS will continue to assist SCC in the formalization of all vendor contracts under review and establish a dedicated sales force to capitalize on its full product spectrum. Additionally, AGS will assist SCC in the formation of a multilevel marketing program for affinity groups and a special team to penetrate the Asian markets here in the States. Initial formalized product line will include (but not limited to): All traditional telecommunication offerings (i.e. calling cards, telephone numbers, low long distance minutes, DSL, cable, T1, T3 and etc) as provided through multiple carriers, Internet service providers and communication integrators. VoIP application features will be available by means of SIP/MGCP application servers on high availability networks, supported with 24x7 monitoring. The initial product suites to be available can be further defined as follows: Basic Residential (This service provides CLASS 5 features for residential application, with no group features); Premium Residential (This service includes Class 5 personal features for residential application together with some group capabilities, and web call manager and personal web portal); Enterprise Dial Tone (This service provides the typical features of an analog extension to a PBX, normally used in a common area such as for a fax line or in an employee break room); Basic Enterprise (This service provides full featured PBX multi-line desk phone features); Premium Enterprise (This service provides the same features as Basic Enterprise, with the addition of personal web portal for features such as click-to-dial and Outlook integration) and; Dialtone Connectivity service (This service provides basic dial tone with no features). "We were asked to build a separate telecommunication company from scratch utilizing our strategic and operational skill sets along with our industry contacts," stated AGS CEO Danny Lee. "Our mandates were to create it with minimal cash, supply it with a full spectrum of state-of-the-art products from leading providers so that the new company can deliver quality, feature-rich voice services to customers. This allows SCC to be in the game quickly and efficiently." Lee further stated, "InDigiNet will benefit from a new revenue stream without the drag of additional support overhead associated with such new a comprehensive endeavor. Vendors, as part of overall agreements, will provide most of the expert technical support, including assistance with deployment and market penetration. The providers are being selected for their technology infrastructure, support personnel, depth of voice experience, processes and systems (including 24x7 NOC) to effectively support all combinations of
traffic flow between TDM and IP carriers. Thus, SCC can deliver quality, scalable and feature-rich VoIP faster, and with less risk." "There is no delusion of grandeur here. This new company was bred to produce results for InDigiNet through additional sales revenue, opening up new sales channels, capture new technologies and then be sold or spun off to shareholders as a stock dividend with the balance to raise supplementary capital. We believe that if you can build a company with very little capital at risk and able to deliver a competitive quality product to customers while keeping a low overhead, then depending on sales volume and velocity, it should bring great returns for the seller," concluded Lee.
