announce that A. G. Spencer Corporation (AGS) has provided a turnkey
enterprise to InDigiNet. Spencer Communication Company (SCC) will become a

through multiple carriers, Internet service providers and communication
integrators. VoIP application features will be available by means of SIP/MGCP
application servers on high availability networks, supported with 24x7
monitoring.
The initial product suites to be available can be further defined as
follows: Basic Residential (This service provides CLASS 5 features for
residential application, with no group features); Premium Residential (This
service includes Class 5 personal features for residential application
together with some group capabilities, and web call manager and personal web
portal); Enterprise Dial Tone (This service provides the typical features of
an analog extension to a PBX, normally used in a common area such as for a fax
line or in an employee break room); Basic Enterprise (This service provides
full featured PBX multi-line desk phone features); Premium Enterprise (This
service provides the same features as Basic Enterprise, with the addition of
personal web portal for features such as click-to-dial and Outlook
integration) and; Dialtone Connectivity service (This service provides basic
dial tone with no features).
