Lets not sway from the reason we are all here. Opinions are always welcome but no fighting. As far as one saying they got in friday at .0001, I definately dont believe that one. Alot of people tried but the sell was limited to a certain group of individuals.....unless you are part of this.....

I do have a question that has been bothering me since I bought CMKX and have been reading these threads. It was brought up last week that CMKX is not listed as a registered owner in Saskatchewan? Is this true or are they now identified?

UCAD STOCK DIVIDEND INFO.... please read what it says about how long you must hold your CMKX shares to receive the UCAD stock dividend!! It is my understanding in speaking with the transfer agents for both UCAD and CMKX that you HAVE to hold your CMKX shares until AFTER the stock dividend is paid. So you cannot sell your CMKX shares next week and still get the dividend!

Sometimes a company pays a dividend in the form of stock rather than cash. The stock dividend may be additional shares in the company or in a subsidiary being spun off. The procedures for stock dividends may be different from cash dividends. The ex-dividend date is set the first business day after the stock dividend is paid (and is also after the record date).
If you sell your stock before the ex-dividend date, you also are selling away your right to the stock dividend. Your sale includes an obligation to deliver any shares acquired as a result of the dividend to the buyer of your shares, since the seller will receive an I.O.U. or "due bill" from his or her broker for the additional shares. did anyone else check with thier broker about the differance between restricted shares and unrestricted as in will they be getting paper or just electronic from the t/a. i know mytrack will be getting paper not electronic. if they all get paper even if each cert is worth say 1,000 shares it would expose any naked shares completely

Tamie, CMKX would not be registered as the owner of the land since they only purchased the mineral rights from the owner.

Yes they have to get drilling permits. According to Melvin, whom I only trust when it comes to the drilling info, said that was the hold-up on our current site, but that they finally came in early last week. There are many things involved in getting the Sask government approval for drilling, kind of like U.S. beauracracy.

thanks noah...i knew we had to hold till sept 24, 2004 but i was wondering if it was till 2005. ppl with a few million might sell now because at 15 shares per million ucads pps will have to go up by a few dollars to beak even a yr from now if they want to sell. the restricted shares have to be sent back to the t/a and then the t/a returns unrestricted. this is why i think any naked shares are covered.

just got off the phone with ameritrade...the 24th is still not for sure and the restriction may be for more then 1 yr. it is also possible that when lifted the fee to exchange from restricted to unrestricted is lifted. even the 15.5 per million isnt a for sure thing he said. looking at my portfolio he knew just which stock i was talking about and sort of laughed about my questions. would not answer anything about any possible naked short problem, even sort of got serious when i brought it up. he had a sort of positive attitude about the whole thing. sort of sounded like he was following the whole cmkx saga himself. knew ucads current pps and todays volume, had a laugh about the change in volume today from the past 6 months. aqmeritrade will be getting electronic shares from ucad whenever that date might be

the ask may be .00035 thus it won't fill. i think the pps is alway between .0003 & .0004

Hi Tic-toc-That isn't a bad rumor IMO -I think this stock is naked shorted and I think we will see a cover eventually. I am going to wait for the offical PR. The short on this is rumored to be as high as a trillion shares. There is big money at risk here. Not our little 500K to 100 Million shares. There are people who have shorted billions of shares at .0001. I am in till the I see how this all gets handled. It can go to .0001 and I will not be selling. I will wait for the official share count from the company. I don't think I will be disappointed. That is my opinion. I am basing it on various PR's, rumors, general behaviour of the stock, the pink and OTC naked shorting problems in general and the fact that Roger Glenn still seems pretty squaky clean. I am happy to stop by here today. I was taking a break since all the hullabalu. But was told that the board's were better today. I am going off to do a cool activity with my kids. We are going to navigate thru an eight mile corn maze. That is kind of a Maize Maze. IMO-Debi

UCAD shares no one knows how much...but some have said they received .000015 for every CMKX share held? My two brokers have not received any word on how much the UCAD div is....
And I talked with E-Trade yesterday and they said on Aug. 31 we will receive a Div for CIM shares; the amount is .028 for every CMKX share held, so for 1 million shares of CMKX you will receive 28,000 shares of CIM ....

I hope the above post by CMKXTREME concerning Ameritrades report on August 31 is correct, but I still have a little problem with the PR. If you read it carefully, it says:
"... will distribute pro rata as a dividend to all CMKM shareholders of record on August 31, 2004."
My question is, is it being distributed on August 31, or distributed "someday" to all shareholders who are "of record" on Aug. 31.
Looks like it could be read either way.
