Trey Resources Signs Business Partner Agreement With IBM
via COMTEX

August 12, 2004

LIVINGSTON, N.J., Aug 12, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ --

Trey Resources, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TYRIA) announced today that the company's wholly owned subsidiary SWK Technologies, Inc. has signed a business partner agreement with International Business Machines Corporation (IBM).

The new agreement gives SWK the right to remarket IBM's Value Added Network (VAN) to its customers. This represents a new product offering and a potentially significant profit center for SWK.

SWK Technologies' MAPADOC EDI solution is a fully integrated electronic data interchange (EDI) solution that provides users of Best Software's market- leading MAS family of accounting software products a feature-rich product that is easy to use.

MAPADOC provides the user with dramatically decreased data entry time, elimination of redundant steps, paper and postage costs, the reduction of time spent typing, signing, checking and approving documents, and the ability to self-manage EDI and to provide a level of independence that saves time and money. Once EDI is installed, a client requires access to a VAN, which is a secure communication environment not based on the World Wide Web, in order to engage in transactions with its trading partners.

Mark Meller, CEO of Trey, said, "The new business partner agreement with IBM is a further validation of SWK's growing presence and strengthening position in the marketplace."

Jeffrey Roth, CEO of SWK Technologies, added, "This partnering agreement represents a significant growth opportunity for SWK. Previously, our clients were required to engage a VAN on their own with SWK deriving no profit or benefit from the process. Now, we can provide a turn-key EDI solution and get paid handsomely for the effort."

About Trey Resources

Trey Resources is involved in the acquisition and build-out of technology and software companies. The company's growth strategy is to acquire firms in this extensive and expanding but highly fragmented segment as it seeks to create substantial value for shareholders. Trey was incorporated in Delaware in October 2002 as a wholly owned subsidiary of iVoice, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IVOC). The company was spun off from iVoice in February 2004 as a cashless dividend to iVoice shareholders. In June 2004, Trey acquired SWK Technologies, a New Jersey-based company, for 2,750,000 shares of Trey Class A Common Stock. SWK is the company's initial platform acquisition and is currently Trey's principal operating unit. SWK is an information technology services and software company with revenue in excess of $2 million for each of the past two years. The company is a value-added reseller and master developer of Best Software's category leading MAS 90, MAS 200 and MAS 500 accounting software. SWK also is publisher of the award-winning MAPADOC EDI integrated solution, which is used seamlessly with MAS 90 and MAS 200. EDI is widely accepted as a key component to a full supply-side systems solution. Trey's focus is to build SWK through both internal growth and by acquisitions. Trey expects to make the necessary investments to continue to build SWK's sales organization and to support new product development. Trey intends to make SWK the dominant company in its field. As part of its plan to expand into new markets, Trey has focused on the business software and information technology consulting market and is looking to acquire other companies in these expanding but highly fragmented industries. Trey Res Inc     (OTC BB: TYRIA) Last Update: 9:38:00 AM ET Aug 13, 2004

Trey Resources, Inc. Announces Second Quarter Results; First Reporting Period Since Completion of Initial Acquisition

LIVINGSTON, N.J., Aug 13, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Trey Resources, Inc. (TYRIA) announced today the company's financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2004.

Trey reported revenue of $215,075 compared with revenue of $850 in the same period a year earlier. This reflected the first month's results from SWK Technologies, Trey's sole operating unit, which was acquired on June 2, 2004. Operating losses for the quarter were $219,794 compared with an operating loss of $25,623 in the second quarter of 2003.

Trey Resources CEO Mark Meller said, "The second quarter was pivotal for Trey. We closed our first acquisition, built the foundations of our management team and recorded operating revenue for 30 days of ownership of SWK of $215,075. This represents $2.5 million in sales on an annualized basis. We believe we are now well positioned for exceptionally strong growth in the coming quarters."

"The balance of the year should be an exciting period for our shareholders as we continue to build our business. We expect strong improvement in cash flow from operations as our financial results start to reflect the impact of our continuing acquisition program. We recently announced our second expected acquisition, Business Tech Solutions Group. When completed, that acquisition is expected to increase Trey revenue by over 25% from the current rate. We continue to work to improve our operating results, both through internal growth and through acquisitions," Meller said.

iVoice Announces Return of Additional $400,000 to Institutional Investor
Total Reduction of $1.7 Million in Convertible Debt Eases Potential Dilution
MATAWAN, N.J., Aug 16, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ --
iVoice, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IVOC), a leader in speech recognition technology, announced today that the company reduced the principal on a convertible debenture by an additional $400,000 and returned the funds to the institutional investor. In June 2004, iVoice reduced the principal on this same debenture by $1.3 million and returned these funds to the investor. Today's announcement brings the company's total debt reduction to $1.7 million.

Jerry Mahoney, chief executive officer, said, "iVoice has a strong cash position with adequate financial resources for the foreseeable future. Since the returned funds were not immediately necessary, rather than paying interest on the $1.7 million convertible debenture and creating additional share dilution, iVoice has instead returned these funds to the investor. iVoice plans to use its available cash balance to fund general working capital needs, to finance future growth and for strategic acquisitions and possible investments in other companies."

iVoice Enters Into Licensing Agreement With GlynnTech
via COMTEX

August 31, 2004

MATAWAN, N.J., Aug 31, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ --

iVoice, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IVOC), a leader in speech recognition technology, announced today that it has entered into a technology licensing agreement with GlynnTech Inc. to serve as its licensing agent for speaking product packaging technology.

Ken Glynn, president of GlynnTech Inc., has been involved in licensing of a variety of technologies for more than thirty years. Besides representing such diverse, successful products as the SuperSoaker(R) Watergun and the RotoWrench(R), Glynn has successfully licensed or sold more than 34 patents in the field of containers and packaging. He stated that this technology could eventually become a widespread method of using many consumer products.

iVoice has filed a number of patent applications that relate to wirelessly loaded product containers, including prescription medicine containers and OTC medicine containers. This product packaging contains wirelessly downloaded instructions and warnings for subsequent audio playback by users. It is anticipated that these inventions would enable sight-impaired users to avoid the need to read instructions and product warnings. In the long term, it is believed that broad acceptance of this technology would enable anyone to simply press a button on a package and hear instructions.

Jerry Mahoney, CEO of iVoice, Inc., said, "The basic usage under the new patent applications will allow pharmacists to simply take a medication bottle and wave or run it by a designated PC. That PC, via wireless technology, will automatically download the appropriate talking prescription instructions to the pill bottle. This information comes from either what the pharmacist has typed into the computer, via text to speech, or from an existing database of instructions for the prescribed medication prepared by the pharmaceutical manufacturer. When a person cannot read or understand the label on a medication bottle, errors in use can occur. The resulting errors can range from unfavorable reactions that are simply uncomfortable to untimely death. In particular, the elderly and people with visual and other disabilities have faced serious medical emergencies because they were unable to read the labels or instructions on their medications. When it's time to take the prescription, the patient simply presses a built-in button on the medication bottle to hear the message and instructions."

With the iVoice patent-pending technology, over-the-counter containers will audibly tell users what medication is inside and the proper dosage, along with any other important directions and warnings. For example: "Take one tablet every 12 hours as needed. Do not exceed 2 tablets in 24 hours unless directed by a doctor."

Mahoney said, "iVoice's commitment to innovative technology continues to help customers meet their client requirements. We believe GlynnTech can help us unlock the potential of the pending applications."

If the "talking" pill bottle catches on in even a small way, IVOC could be a real winner.

Might be a good one right now to buy and hold.
