You guys listed the worst 3 - the same ones I was going to list. Am. Fire Protection, Gateway (The Right Solution MLM wannabe co; NOT the computer co) and Pacel.

These CEOs have a 4 step process that goes like this:

1) Lie - "No RS"! LOL

2) Do a RS

3) Print MORE shares

4) Do it again

No one listed CMKX?!!!! Come on people. Message boards and bulleting boards are not intended for the sole purpose of posting bullish stocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are are very useful and a God send when warning against stocks that are about to dump! I can not name a single board that has posted a thread or topic about an impending down trend. What is wrong with every one? We are dealing with stocks that rise and fall daily. Can I be the only one who would like to have someone let me know that a stock I maybe holding is about to reverse or name change! If this is so then I will send this warning to my self ... CMKM has symbol changed twice and from CMKM to CMKX they made all CMKM stocks worthless in the process! I hold them because I had $200 to flush. As for those here who are invested heavily in CMKM, I apologize for those who did not realize that it is perfectly allowable to post the good AND THE BAD!

Tutono,
We might be on the same page re: CMKX but they haven't had a reverse split. Just gone through a number of name/symbol changes.

Tan

Post split the stock price is adjusted for
the reserve split

BUT - As everyone here can tell you
or you can get the charts yourself on
the stocks that were posted here already-

Penny stocks that reverse split drop
in stock price before the reverse split and
right after the reverse split

Thanks for all the info -

Good to know which stocks are the bad
apples.

I learned a few years ago to listin
to posters warnings and stay away from
stocks that have a history of reverse splits.

Keep up the great postings

BINGO2004. Sorry I didn't see your topic. Is there anyway we can keep this topic from getting lost on the board. Man I will gladly combine my with yours. As long as it can be seen by new viewers. Something should be done about these Git and Splitters.

GWAD - GWDL- GAWY

I cut and pasted the news releases by Gateway on Jack Zufelt and Beryl Wolk and sent them an email telling them how nice Gateway Dist treats their investors. And how they had issued 4 reverse splits on thier stock in the past 5 years. I also told him that investors had lost thousand of dollars because of Gateways reverse split practices. Will it do any good? Don't know but it makes me feel better. Just thought they should know about the co they do business with.

EFLT was crushed by all of their dilution, yecch.

I have to mention an "opposite" example here - ALMI. Despite start-up mining costs as they are just now starting production, Atlas Mining diluted by only: 0.6% over the last 12 months, as per their filing last week. The CEO Bill Jacobson is really looking out for shareholders, imho.

ACSH -> ACSJ
LSTA -> LSTE
GFYF -> GFYI
TSBB -> TSBI

I am a magnet for such dud shares. 3 months trading 4 disasters above, plus PCCL, TFCT and UCPJ and I have lost 75% of the amount I started with.

After being bit by TSBB and GWDL I seem to hesitate to get into any of them. Kind of like writers block. Just keep complaining to SEC. Maybe in time they will stop the crums.

SEC is aware of these R/S, this is a loop hole.

I have lost faith in pennies.

When I wrote an e-mail to the SEC complaining about the AFRT R/S, they sent back an e-mail with a link to their question and answer section pertaining to R/S. I didn't accomplish much.
