I agree. On July 14, 2004, it hit .037. At this low price it could be a steal.

We should start a club and call it The Marmion Millionaire club. I think this will see .20 at some point. So 5 million shares bought at these rediculously low prices would be worth 1 mil at .20. With 2 profitable divisions and a small float this could easily see .20. What do you think?

I didn't see where the amount of A/S were actaully issued, anywhere in this filing. Appreciate it if anyone can come up the O/S and the float.

Will, The company is authorized to issue 2 billion shares. The recent S-8 will issue 50 million outright and another 50 million in warrants. Still trying to find the real outstanding amount.

Well explain to me why did this company just tank it from the end of July to the beginning of August. If they are doing so well, shouldn't there stock be rising instead of declining?
The a/s is not 2 bil. Its 300 mil. See the amended a/s.
The reason for the drop in price is the s-8 and dumping of 50 mil shares on the market. NOone follows this stock. It is brand new. Therefore there were not enough buyers to absorb the dump creating an extremely undervalued stock. IMO

I saw the amended article on A/S and noted in the post above. (2,000,000,000 amended to 300,000) I see where the 50M was offered also. Might want to wait awhile until the 50M is absorbed. PRRM is a like situation without the merger, they had a 504 offereing for 100M sahres and it went down to 0.0002 / .0005 from a high of over .03 a couple of months ago.

I think the 50 mil is absorbed. I have been watching on a daily basis. I also think there has been a diliberate attempt to drive it down in order for ceo to get cheap options. There has been a long series of buys in 2,500 share lots going on for a couple of weeks. It is as if there is a standing buy order for the options. SLow enough not to drive the price up and in very small lots. They will be announcing earnings this month. If Marmion Air is still profitable as it has been every year except 2002 this should have a huge run. They did pre announce record revs for the 2nd q.

continual series of 2,500 share buys. Doesn anyone wnow the signifigance. Could it be an open order to purchase the options. I cant imagine anyone would be paying the commisions to buy 2,500 sahre lots of a sub penny. TIA.

And to think, my life seems to go this way. After doing more research and thinking this was a good buy, I talked myself out of buying at the 0.004 range. Now it is up around 0.008. Man I am dumb. However, I think this is a good buy still. Does anyone know about when the quarterly report is due out?

OTC, If ya see my post uptop, I sorta missed the Millionaire club. However, I couldn't make that type of investment anyways. I could be a Hundredaire or even a Thousandaire. Hope it happens.

I believe it will be out this month. I think that is why this is generating some buying interest. It looks like pretty solid hands are holding. Didint take much volume to take off today. It looks like the s-8 dumping is over. Not surprised at all by the profit taking at the close. Tommorrow should be very interesting.

Oct do you know what the bid and ask looks like?....I cannot for the life of me get bought in at .005 when I'm looking at the streamer giving me .0045?

Finally filled at .0050. I will keep checking it out to see if it does drop more and load up some more.
What do you think the timeframe for this government contracts to come through is? I know the government is a little slow, but with all this terror threats this thing may really have a chance to take off if they do get some contracts with Homeland Security
Have you been able to come up with a date that they are going to file thier quarterlies? It is right about time. I was wondering if anyone has the inside track. I am hoping for a bottom bounce and then them say they have another profitable quarter. Which is very likely. GLTA.

Last quarter 10q was filed on may 24. So aug 24th or somewhere around there would be the date for next 10q i am assuming. It is setting up well. Looks like it will go back to .003. Everytime it hits .003 it bounces strong. 1st time went to .0065 this time .008. next time who knows? I am surprised to see the s-8 is still not completely absorbed. MM FLCR is the one controlling the price. When it moves off the ask the stock goes up.

Yeah that was a buying opportunity. It could go back down. I bought more at .003. I have an open order at .0021 that was not executed. Just keep an eye on flcr mm. Did is strengthening and if the flcr mm continues to move up on the ask then the stock price will move up also.

Oh boy! i bought MRMN at .0035 today. I got trap big time. Now i am bagholder. S-8 done, anyone??? I really believe this is undervalue here. I will buy more tomorrow. Friday always a runner for pos. Tomorrow could be our day. Wish for the best tomorrow.
