After $150,000 to Uncle Sam that would leave me with $350,000. Because I live in San Diego, I could probably buy a one bedroom condo in the ghetto that needs a lot of fixing up.

Buy some real estate. Continue playing the market and payoff the townhouse. I would then rent out the townhouse and buy a house. Real estate is a great way to make money. I would then take a vacation and visit Diana in Amsterdam for a few days if that's okay Diana.

Ok lets see I would take 100K and pay off my parents house, I would keep 100K to use as petty cash, I would keep 50K in for trading, and the remainder 250K would be put into bank CD's.
