Sorry, its been a long day and I forgot to post my reply. Anyways, I am long 40K Tall and have been holding since early last month in anticipation of the first 10Q of this FY, which was indeed very late. Besides that though this company has a lot going for it. What I like most is their target of .01 EPS for FY 04, which with their recent and upcoming acquistions in addition to other proven revenue streams, I think is achievable. This also means a very strong possibility of profitability in the upcoming 10Q due in mid August. Earlier this month I did extensive dd on Tall by speaking with the CEO and the President (see other TALL thread). I hammered home the point that filing late is unacceptable to investors. Since then a new CFO, with almost 30 years industry experience has joined Tall's management team. His # 1 priority is correct and timely filing of the upcoming and future 10Qs. If Tall stays trues to its word on this, the sky's the limit. Also, when I jumped into Tall, the pps was .0385. Now I regret not having waited a little longer. But I didn't sell because I know this company is solid. I plan on doing some serious averaging down at these prices, which are a steal by any measure. Sorry to blab on but antoher thing I feel is worth mentioning is that I'm a fundamentals investor. Therefore, another thing I like about TALL is that they don't manipulate their financial statements, specifically the income statement. What you find a lot of companies doing these days is they inflate net income with the "other income" category, which is income generated from sources other than operating revenue. Sources of other income include interest and dividend revenue, gains on sales of operating assets, interest revenue, and gains on sales of investments. Examples that come to mind are NWD and TSBB.

During the first week of August their should be a PR concerning the figures of the 2nd quarter report which is due in mid August. Anticipation towards this event should start very soon. We will be back in the 0.03's in no time, much higher when the figures are good.
