Check out DMXP CEO Barry Raymonts successful past! He was President of BGO and boy did that stock fly under his rule! and Vice president of GLG a $2 billion dollar company! He just took over DMXP back on April 26th, 2004 and has already accomplished so much including recent financing. A lot of good news will be coming out with Mr. Raymonts running the ship. DMXP is extremely underpriced. Tradeable float is 186 million shares.

DMXP must read about the CEO:

DMXP CEO has company heading in the right direction you must DD this stock!
Current Price .0092 --->Ready to break .01 this week!
Tradeable Float 186 million shares
Last week Financing news!!!!
DMXP CEO Dr. Barry Rayment Major success at Companies---> BGO + GLG both major Mining companies on the AMEX and NYSE respectively

Read the following and notice how Dr. Barry Rayments comments from May have been coming true, he is a man of his word and has made companies successful (BGO + GLG)

Here is interview from back in May with the wall street reporter:

WSR: For those not yet familiar with Delta Mining and Exploration could you start with an overview and brief history of the company?

DMXP: The company’s been in existence as a private company for four or five years and we locked onto some key prospective ground in Montana several years ago and have been quite successful in locating a good diamond environment including the discovery of a Microdiamond. At the same time we branched out and acquired some key properties in Bolivia, two main areas where there’s quite a lot of diamond activity, De Beers are hunting in one of those areas and we have some good indications, both areas are at a stage than the Montana properties as good prospective diamond ground. We’ve recently got onto the OTC and we are having discussions at the moment with a financing house concerning a financing.

WSR: Could you elaborate in some detail about the properties and activities the company is currently operating in terms of expansion potential and progress made so far?

DMXP: The key thing about Delta is that we’ve kind of short-circuited the system in Montana. For those familiar with diamond exploration it’s a fairly lengthy process, identifying the correct basic geology, advancing to finding the right host rocks for diamonds, which are generally a rock type called a kimberlite, an intrusive rock, a high pressure, high temperature rock and looking for certain minerals that indicate the presence of diamonds and then sampling and actually finding diamonds. We’ve rather contracted this process in Montana and particularly on our Homestead property where we’ve found at a fairly early stage a kimberlitic body, about 1500 feet long and five to six hundred feet wide and as far as we know now we have to drill into the body. We found the correct diamond indicator minerals very early on and through some initial bulk sampling actually discovered a micro diamond and one can spend several years just to get to the stage of finding a kimberlite with the right indicator minerals, so we’ve gone a long way in a short period of time to arrive at this point. This doesn’t yet mean that the pipe is economically diamondiferous, that we will find out in our next stage of work but I think this is what probably distinguishes us from other diamond exploration companies is this fast track that we’ve been able to engineer in Montana.

WSR: What kind of funds does the company need to raise in order to finance the ongoing projects the company is undertaking currently?

DMXP: Through the next year, something around a million dollars, the next phase work is not too expensive. It really consists of surface bulk sampling, some geophysics, since in Montana as well as this kimberlite pipe we’ve actually found a second and possibly a third pipe in nearby areas, a few miles away. But, most of this program is surface work in geophysics. The same applies to our Bolivian properties. This phase of the work is surface sampling and geophysical surveys. The phase after that becomes more expensive when we start drilling holes in the ground to look at the size and the extent of these targets. So, probably about a million dollars in technical costs in the first year.

WSR: Does the company have any strategic partnerships in any of the properties the company owns?

DMXP: We don’t. There have been discussions and while we are a private company, without mentioning names, we did have some offers but it’s a bit of a tightrope. We’re at the stage where we’ve found something pretty exciting in Montana but we really want to add value to that target before we pursue partnerships so as to get the best effect for our shareholders.

WSR: What is so unique about Delta Mining that gives you the needed competitive advantages within this particular market space and field and differentiates you from competitors in these properties?

DMXP: A lot of it comes down to the diamond or the prospective diamond field that we found in Montana where we have multiple targets, as I said, the Homestead property, we’ve taken to a very advanced stage in a short period of time, rather than the normal process of spending several or many many years to get to this level. So I think it’s the fast track approach that we’ve been able to conduct that sets us apart from a lot of companies.

WSR: Could you tell us a bit about your own experience and background?

DMXP: I’m a mining geologist. I graduated from the Royal School of Mines in London with a Ph.D. Previously I got my BSE at the University of Aston in Birmingham, England. A lot of my work has been in gold exploration and base metals. I was involved in diamonds with a subsidiary of Bema Gold called Abo Resources some years ago, which conducted diamond exploration programs and JV’s and also I did work with BP Minerals for a number of years. We had a large diamond exploration there. I have worked over most of Europe, South America, quite a lot in the former Soviet Union in a range of commodities including diamonds.

WSR: What are some of the major trends you see affecting the company’s core business? Could you elaborate in terms of precious metal prices in the near future?

DMXP: Diamond prices are a separate entity, largely controlled by De Beers but with a lot of outside selling. In the precious metals and of course in the Bolivian property, the Independencia property that we have there, we also have gold potential. There are a number of gold shows and some old extinct gold mines. Everyone has their view on gold price trends at the moment, there’s no doubt about it and it’s very closely related to the European exchange rates, we’re seeing that now. We seem to be, or the analysts tell us we’re in a precious metal bull market. We have pullbacks but the view amongst the metal analysts is we’re in a fairly long-term bull market for gold. The diamond market has also been behaving very respectably in the last few years, particularly for the higher quality stones.

WSR: What are some of the key goals and strategies you are focusing on to ensure the future success and growth of Delta Mining and Exploration Corporation?

DMXP: I think it’s really not of benefit to sit back on your laurels. We’ve got some excellent targets at the moment. We’re aiming to expand those targets in Montana. We have other ground that we are looking at and also to expand our activities in Bolivia. I think it’s important that you have several strings to your bow and even though your first string may be a very high quality target you need to continue expanding your inventory of good quality properties. I am very keen not to hold ground for the sake of holding ground; they have to be good quality properties with a decent chance of success.

WSR: Do you have your eyes on any properties beyond these two properties that the company owns in terms of expansion sometime in the future?

DMXP: We always have our eyes on properties. I think actually in the diamond business more so than the precious metal business, security is the top issue. There are many people running around the world very quietly looking at properties.

WSR: Looking at Delta Mining Exploration Corporation as a potential investment opportunity and tell us why investors should consider the company as a long-term investment opportunity?

DMXP: Although we’re in the stage of just starting out as a public company we’re much further ahead of that stage in terms of our properties and the levels to which we’ve advanced the properties. I think that’s the key. We’ve already got a head start on our competition, so it’s rather unusual that we made this progress as a private company to be able to start off in the public arena at a certain advanced stage. The Homestead property, as soon as we achieve our funding this year, we will be immediately tackling the main Homestead target, the chief kimberlite body we’ve outlined with the micro-diamond and begin bulk sampling and geophysics. The idea is we would like to short circuit that target and to advance it very rapidly and simultaneously to do work on our other targets in the area, both around Homestead and in other parts of Montana and to begin our program in South America. So, I think it’s the rate of advance that we’re very keen on and having programs that very quickly accomplish results.

Delta Mining and Exploration, Corp. Looks to Continue Diamond Exploration in South America

LEWISBURG, Ky., Jul 27, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Delta Mining and Exploration, Corp. (Delta) (Pink Sheets: DMXP) is looking to capitalize on the exciting climate for exploration in South America where the Company holds approximately 10,000 acres of exploration ground. Initial exploration of the Independencia property in Bolivia has identified three known occurrences of alluvial diamonds (diamonds that have been eroded from one place and deposited in another) in the region where Delta controls their properties.

The Independencia region has been subject to surges of alkaline magmatism in the form of syenites, alkaline gabbros, basalts, carbonatites, swarms of mafic to ultramafic lamprophyric dykes and breccias together with some petrographically identified kimberlites; all of which are precursors to successful diamond exploration. It is these findings on the Independencia property together with the existence of alluvial diamonds that validate continued and more extensive exploration.

The other target property is a little more speculative, but may represent a second "diamond line" similar to the Brazilian "AZ 125 lineament" that runs from Minas Gerais to Rondonia. That "diamond line" contains most of that country's diamonds, and it is the underpinning geology that makes Delta management excited to continue further exploration. In addition to ground geophysics, some pyrope garnets, a major diamond indicator mineral, have been discovered. Aeromagnetic surveys flown have produced clusters of bullseye dipole anomalies that may be indicative of kimberlites or lamprolites. Recent computer modeling of airborne and ground magnetics data has revealed pipe-shaped sources providing specific exploration targets.

Delta Mining and Exploration Corp., http://www.deltamine.com : is a mineral exploration company with an extensive portfolio of diamond and gold properties throughout the state of Montana, and in Bolivia, South America. Delta controls some 7,500 acres throughout Montana located within the Wyoming Craton where much of North America's diamonds have been found. Another 10,000 acres of prospective diamond and gold properties are controlled in Bolivia, South America.
