(OTC Bulletin Board: TWVL) today announces it has successfully completed its
name change to Rincon Resources, Inc. and that the company will now trade
under the symbol (OTC Bulletin Board: RIRI). In addition, the Company has
completed on its forward share split. Effective today, July 23, 2004, the
outstanding shares in the capital stock of the Company will be posted and
traded under a forward share split such that each share of common stock prior
to the split shall be exchanged for 10 post-split shares of common stock.
The Company has implemented an effective name change to better reflect the
new direction in management and undertakings. Rincon Resource management
believes the future for gold is very strong. Geo-political and economic
instability continue to push prices forward. Rincon will aggressively continue
to review potential acquisitions of gold projects and plans to immediately
increase the current portfolio of properties toward increasing shareholder
value.
The Company's new focus will be on gold sector growth and the mining
industry worldwide. The Company recently announced they are in the final
stages of negotiations on the acquisition of their inaugural gold project
