UPSIDE You were talking about a posable reverce split on the other thread, I can't find anything on this. As far as I know the dilution is from selling shares to raise capitol. Just wondering where you are getting this from.

Poorman, It's just speculation on my part and I hope I didn't lead anyone into thinking I had proof that it was going to happen. The reason I'm thinking it might happen is that it appears they are soley dependant on issuing stock to fund their ventures. If they need additional capital after using the funds from the recent round of selling they can do one of two things. Either increase the authorized even more and sell them or reverse split the outstanding while leaving the authorized at 10 billion and sell the new outstanding right back up to 10 billion. Either way, it kills us.

Eveything can change. The only thing that is constant in the universe is change, so we really don't know if they will hold true to their promise of not doing a r/s.
I am hoping their new venture will hold profit once it starts. As with most drinking establishments, they do very well once up and running.

This venue will be developed with a new name and renovated as a plush nouveau style downtown restaurant and bar.
Renovations have commenced and together we are now working to open the establishment as soon as possible.
We believe this establishment, after becoming operational, could potentially generate revenues of approximately $2 million + annually with potential earnings of 15% post tax. We look forward to the grand opening, and anticipate being able to achieve significant developmental milestones in the coming weeks."
i believe it exists and s8 + joint venture is going to get their license.
