LBTT is still a long term investment....Nasdaq today ended 9 months low...so we are back to where we were before the uptrend started....This also probably explains why all the pennies are being hammered in combination with short selling, however, they are not as loww as where they were in Octuber of last year...I am holding to this one since 0.0094...They had revenues increase in their last PR...they seem to be in process of changing from Pink to OTCBB....

Lifeline Biotechnologies Comments on Audit Progress

RENO, Nev., Aug 17, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Lifeline Biotechnologies, Inc. (PINK:LBTT) today announced that the company has retained Lopez, Blevins Bork & Associates, LLP, CPAs, Houston, Texas, to complete its previously announced audit. Mr. Carlos Lopez, partner in charge of the Lifeline audit, was formerly with the accounting firm of Malone-Bailey and recently left the Malone-Bailey firm to establish his own practice with this new firm. The company originally retained Malone and Bailey earlier this year and Mr. Lopez was the assigned auditor. As a result of his departure from the firm, the company's audit, which had been anticipated to be completed in June of this year, has been delayed.

"The completion of this audit is a major priority of the company at this time," stated Jim Holmes, Lifeline's CFO. "We are very comfortable with Carlos and he is extremely familiar with Lifeline and our activities. Although his decision to leave Malone-Bailey does create a delay, we are confident that our audit should be completed near term.

New to the message board.
I emailed out of discontent with the stock tumbling to Jim Stock and James Holmes.

In a message dated 8/10/2004 7:17:10 AM Pacific Standard Time
James, Jim,
The bloodbath continues with our stock. Is there any relief in sight for the
naked short selling that has taken the stock back to the bottom. I
understand that the paperwork is "in progress" to move over to the .bb. Do
you think that it will fix the problem? Are there other measures being taken
to combat this problem? I hope that sales are going well. The business plan
posted on the website is now over a year old. Do you plan on updating it in
the near future with the insightful plans from the newly appointed CEO Frank
Clark ?
LBTT.PK investor..
Response –
Dear LBTT.PK investor: dated 8/12/2004

Thanks for your email and concern.

It is not likely to make a big difference, by moving from the pink sheets to the OTC/BB, regarding the short selling problem. (The process is underway nonetheless.) But what can make a big difference is the SEC's new Reg SHO which is to kick in, to become law, on Sept. 7th. It is extremely comprehensive! Please read about it:
http://www.sec.gov/rules/final/34-50103.htm

And, yes, the website is supposed to be updated completely any day now.

Hang in there - the company is fine - Mr. Clark will have news when he can feel comfortable issuing it (he is going to be careful not to ever say things prematurely and then have to correct himself) and the stock value will eventually repair itself, I believe.

Thanks and best wishes,

Jim Stock

Lifeline Announces That Inion Receives FDA Clearance for Trinion Meniscus Screw

RENO, Nev., Aug 20, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Lifeline Biotechnologies Inc. (PINK: LBTT) today announced that the Trinion Meniscus Screw for use in knee cartilage repair, manufactured by Inion, of Finland and distributed in the U.S. by Lifeline, has received FDA clearance. The clearance allows Inion's Trinion screws to be marketed and sold in the US, complementing the company's Hexalon biodegradable cruciate ligament repair screw. These products are marketed to the sports medicine and orthopedic markets.

Trinion screws are used for the fixation of longitudinal vertical meniscus lesions, where the knee cartilage has torn. The benefits of the Trinion screw include a dual thread screw for optimal fixation with a headless design to allow complete insertion into the meniscus to avoid chondral lesion development. To aid surgeons, the screws are colored to allow improved visibility in arthroscopic procedures and are cannulated for increased ease of insertion.

FDA 510(k) clearance is awarded to medical device manufacturers prior to commercial distribution in the US. Trinion was awarded a CE-mark, the European equivalent of 510(k) clearance in July 2003. Lifeline Biotechnologies currently markets Inion's Haxalon product for anterior crucial ligament repair in the US.

Inion Ltd. is a Finnish company specializing in the development of biodegradable medical implants. Inion's core expertise and technology lies in the design and manufacture of innovative biodegradable polymer devices, such as plates, screws, pins and membranes. These implants are used to enhance the healing of skeletal injuries (bone and soft tissue), such as those caused by trauma or by reconstructive surgery. Inion uses expertise in polymer chemistry and surgical techniques to develop systems with strength and degradation profiles tailored for each surgical application.

Lifeline Biotechnologies Signs Eastern European Distributor for MastaScope Product Line; Four-Year Agreement for Exclusive Distribution Rights

RENO, Nev., Aug 23, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Lifeline Biotechnologies, Inc. (PINK: LBTT) today announced that it has signed an agreement with Vamstec, of Zagreb, Croatia that gives Vamstec exclusive rights to distribution the company's microendoscope product. Countries included in the agreement are Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Romania, Albania and Hungary.

This agreement marks the second European distribution agreement signed by the company for its MastaScope(TM) product line and includes minimum orders, which over the course of four years, are expected to generate $682,000 in sales (orders specifically without replacement Mastascopes).

"Although overall the Eastern European countries appear to be a small market in comparison to others, such as the U.S., we believe it is one that has good potential to grow beyond our expectations," said Carlo Micheletti, Lifeline's Director of International Sales and Marketing. He noted that the company was specifically conservative in negotiating minimum sales and that "we have reason to believe that these minimums will be easily surpassed during the four year period."

The MastaScope(TM), launched earlier this year, is a microendoscope that allows physicians opportunity for early stage visualization of breast abnormalities in patients with nipple discharge, while at the same time providing the specific ability to remove questionable tissue samples for biopsy.

Vamstec, founded 13 years ago, is a marketing and sales organization that services Croatia and other parts of the former Yugoslavia. The company also distributes a proprietary Clinical Image Management System (CIMS) to hospitals, physicians' offices and other clients in this geographic area.
