According to the annual report in May, the company has been having recurring losses and there is the possibility that it may need to sell stock to cover expenses, thus diluting the share value. The total deficit is $1,875,835, but I noticed that the loss for 2002 was $1,275,753 and for 2003 it was down to $669,654. Also, Haliburton had been suing them because of another company that they had been involved in, but Haliburton just dropped the lawsuite. Also PAPO had been suing another company for not paying them, and they just won the case and will receive $150,000. In addition to that, the company finds other companies that want to drill in areas that have good potential and gets a minority stake in the company. They have a 10% stake in a company in Texas that is starting to drill in a location that probably has multiple layers of gas and oil. They have also obtained a 10% investment in a company that has a large land position in an area that has only had 2% of the estimated oil drilled because of difficulty obtaining the oil, but the drilling company is going to use new techniques to fracture the drilled area and hopes to increase the amount of oil that can be obtained. The first well will be drilled in the third quarter and if successfull, many more will be drilled. The volume traded the last two days has been much higher than normal: one million to 1/2 million shares, but the price has been going down with this increased volume. Closed at .0073 today. Was at .002 in Oct/Now 2003 and then started a slow steady decline, but did have two short spikes back to .002 in Apr & May of this year. Since the price has steadly been declining even though the company has seemed to be doing better, it could mean that some thing negative is going on. However, it has only been this low once before, and then it bounced up, so if the price steadies or even starts inching up, you might want to get in.

papo is having a steady increase in volume here and has slowly come up from its low. I would agree that something is going on here and this stock could be due for a run real soon. Getting in below .0085 seems to be a good entry.

increase in volume each day and it is coming off its 52 week low. It moves on small buying pressure and if a group is going to try and push it, it should move up pretty fast. Should break into the .02 range if we get a good push.

Anytime...just let me know. I have been on a roll here and am having a pick come out this week. I am researching a lot of different options that look solid. So stay tuned for the next hottie... last two picks in PALL and PAPO have been 100% + gains. Get ready for the next.
