Gateway Distributors Teams with Baseball Great Pete Rose
LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 19, 2004--Gateway Distributors Ltd. (OTCBB:GWAD) has teamed with professional baseball legend Pete Rose, who will endorse specialized products in a series of upcoming advertisements and media.
Rose, a Cincinnati native, played 17 of his 25 seasons for his hometown Reds, along with short stints with the Philadelphia Phillies and the Montreal Expos. He was named National League Rookie of the Year in 1963. In that first year of major league play, Hall-of-Fame Yankee pitcher Whitey Ford, observing Rose's hard-working style of play, labeled him "Charlie Hustle" a nickname that Rose would be known by for the rest of his career.

Gateway Announces Quarterly Filings; Gateway Symbol Has Changed From GWDL to GAWY
LAS VEGAS, Sep 7, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Gateway's (OTCBB:GWDL) (GAWY) filings for third quarter are complete and on file. Gross profit decreased for the six month period ending June 30, 2004 compared to the six month period ending June 30, 2003. Management believes this most likely indicates that the decline of sales and gross profits has leveled off and the Company is more likely than not positioned to experience an increase in sales and gross profits going forward. The August 2004 sales for health products were greater than July 2004. Health products distributor sales were up 2.4% and retail sales were up 37.6%.
The Company retired excess of $500,000 in old debt and gained approximately three million in assets. This included the purchase of a new facility which increases the Company's warehouse space from approximately 3,000 square feet to 33,000 square feet allowing us operating space for our growth. The Company will sublet some of the space which will give the Company an additional revenue source. The Company's current lease expired and the new facilities payments are less than the current lease agreement. The Company anticipates moving warehousing to the new facility this month. The entire office personnel will move by February once the offices are completed.
The Company has signed several new distributors and management anticipates such efforts will lend to economic stability and help provide the means to enjoy financial success and profitability in the marketing of nutritional products.
