(Pink Sheets: GEMM) announced today that it has received financing in the amount of $500,000 USD through the sale of common stock to CMKM Diamonds Inc. (Pink Sheets: CMKX). This sale gives CMKX ownership of approximately 25% of GEMM. In addition, GEMM has issued an option to CMKX to purchase shares equivalent to an additional 24% of the outstanding shares in GEMM for an additional $500,000 USD. GEMM is currently a subsidiary of U.S. Canadian Minerals Inc. (OTCBB: UCAD).
