Ive cut these news stories down a bit but its all true & I tried to capture the moment. Keep in mind I may have missed a few.
Sept. 22, 1999 - News Out on Business Wire. QBID beginning legal action against users making flase statements on Raging Bull.
Oct. 4, 1999 - Frank Olsen pursues the purchase of KWUN of Salt Lake City in an open auction.
Oct. 6, 1999 - Triangle Multi Media loses the bid to Citadel Broadcasting. Frank bid $485,000 but Citadel bid 490,000 and was prepared to go to $700,000.
Oct. 26, 1999 - Enter Tech Media Group & Triangle Multi Media signs agreement for the purchase of all media buys for radio & TV on all Enter Techs fils distributed in America. "It all starts today" will be releases Nov/Dec 1999. Phase 1 venture will involve approx. $10,000,000 in advertising.

Dec. 8, 1999 - QBID makes announcment that it will be expanding its interactive television show known as "auctions telelvision" (www.auctionstelevisions.com) from 8 markets to 95 US TV markets begining Jan 8, 2000
Dec. 9, 1999 - Counting of shareholders proxies will take place Monday Dec. 27, 1999. Also QBID announced the listing of the broadcasting time & station for the 95 affiliates. The will be posted on the websites on Jan. 3, 2000.
Dec. 10, 1999 - Frank Olsen,CEO of Triangle MultiMedia, announced today QBID's symbol will have an E at the end of it & will be QBIDE. This is due to an extension of the form 10 filing which will be completed shortly. 60 days after filing the E will be dropped.
Dec. 27, 1999 - Each item in the Proxy statement was overwhelming approved by shareholders. 1.) Name change from Integrated Healthcare Inc. to Triangle Multi-Media Limited Inc. (symbol "QBIDE");
2.) Ratification of authorizing 300,000,000 common shares no par value and creation of 20,000,000 super voting convertible preferred stock ($.001 per share);
3.) Ratification of a Class B Preferred Stock which shall convert for 100 shares of common stock;
4.) Ratification of a Class B non-voting convertible stock with a five (5) year callable 8.25% cumulative interest rate and no par value;
5.) The election of Frank Olsen, Rene Schenk, and Ronald Orden as Directors of the Corporation (although elected a director Dr. Haggett has heretofore declined the office due to other business endeavors);
6.) For ratification of the Merger Agreement between Palm Springs Television Studios and Integrated Health Care Inc. (now known as Triangle Multi-Media Limited Inc.) as a part of the merger which closed on Aug. 30, 1999; and

January 7, 2000 - Frank Olsen announced that ''Due to circumstances beyond our control, the additional television markets previously announced will not air on January 8, 2000. It is anticipated that said markets may be added by mid-January 2000.'' The series AuctionsTelevision and BingoTelevision will continue to be broadcast in the television markets in which the shows are currently being aired. July 7, 2000 #1. Triangle Multi-Media Limited, Inc. has hired a consultant who will start Monday, July 11, 2000 to assist us in filing a form 10 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. This consultant will be working from the offices of Triangle Multi-Media Limited, Inc. #2. The deadline for the closing of the sale of our show is today, BingoTelevision. July 8, 2000 - A woman who played Bingo had been winning every week and started recieving bad checks. She continued to play even though the checks bounced.

A founding sponsor is a sponsor who purchases $100,000 worth of advertising for the first year on TTN. The founding sponsors are made up of Fortune 500 companies. The Triangle Television Network (TTN) launched on September 5, 2001. TTN is the world’s first television network broadcasting television programming exclusively devoted to the gay, lesbian, bi-sexual and transgender (GLBT) communities. The network is approximately 75% gay owned and 80% gay operated. TTN has been in the development stage for over 8 years.
Our mission is to provide high-quality programming designed to entertain, educate and inform the GLBT community. TTN wants to bring the gay world to your home with programming created especially for you.
2. How do I receive TTN?
TTN offers an open-tier, digital signal available on TelStar 7, Transponder 1 located at 129 degrees west longitude. The footprint for our signal covers the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Vancouver, Canada.
If you do not have the proper sophisticated C-Band equipment to view TTN, your cable company or satellite provider must carry the signal. We wish you could just flip a switch and begin viewing TTN; but, of course, the television broadcast business is not that simple.
As people begin to request TTN and we show the cable and satellite providers that TTN will generate enough revenue to justify being carried by them, I assure you they will carry us. But you must call in and request TTN.
The TTN signal is available to all cable companies within our footprint. Also, our signal is available for both major satellite providers, DirecTV and The Dish Network. Additionally, the TTN signal is available for the smaller private satellite systems that provide service to gated communities, hotels and apartment complexes. If you want to know more about receiving TTN with a smaller, private system, please contact Ron Foster in our engineering department for service information.
For individual residential users that would like to view TTN, there are two steps you need to follow:
Step 1: Contact your local cable or satellite provider and tell them “I want my TTN”. (See below if they tell you they have not heard of TTN)
Step 2: E-mail us with your zip code. This information will assist us as we solicit the cable companies that are most in demand by you, the subscriber.
BONUS STEP: Tell your friends to do the same.

People that have the proper C-Band equipment can receive TTN from the satellite coordinates above.
3. Is TTN a subscription channel?
Once TTN becomes available through your local cable or satellite provider and you are able to become a subscriber, you will receive a free 30-day viewing period, after which your monthly subscription fee of $14.95 will be billed by your local cable company or satellite provider.
4. How do I contact TTN?

5. What is the TTN programming standard?
We consider TTN a family channel. Just because we offer gay and lesbian programming does not mean we are pornographic. Our broadcast standards are the same standards that channels such as Showtime and HBO adhere to.
TTN programming will consist of a combination of originally produced programming, gay and lesbian oriented movies, local programming from various cities across America, serials from around the world as well as special event programming. Future plans call for the development of both a full-scale news department and news magazine programs skewed to the gay and lesbian community. Additionally, TTN will broadcast a variety of locally produced programs, such as Gay Court and Gay Bandstand, as well as gay sitcoms. What should I do when I call my cable company or satellite provider and they say they’ve never heard of TTN?
The best answer is to say, “The TTN phone number is 760.322.1217. I am sure they would be delighted to send your company a media kit and licensing agreement for TTN. As a matter of fact, as a potential subscriber to TTN, I will call them myself for you. Please let me know whom I should have them send the media kit to.”
7. What is corporate doing to make sure TTN is going to be available so I may be able to view TTN?
Currently, we are continuing to negotiate with the two major satellite providers and several major cable companies to carry TTN. Beginning Sept 20, the TTN sales and licensing department will be aggressively contacting the remaining cable companies to solicit licensing agreements to carry TTN.

We had a very productive meeting on Tuesday February 12th. It was decided that more responsibility for day-to-day operations would be given to Dick Weiner, Rene Schenk and Tom Zamora.
We also analyzed whether we should make an offer to purchase the studio as there is only one year left on our lease. The decision was made to ask for a one-year extension on our lease with an option to purchase the building. That offer was made yesterday and received a favorable response.
With this in mind we have decided to remodel the master control room to meet the needs and demands of 24 hour a day broadcasting. This is not extensive, but it is time consuming and will consist primarily of installing back-up systems.
I will be going to the Boeing Company in Seattle for one day.

Feb 9, 2004: News Out. QBID's TTN to be available to about 10,000 cable television companies throughout the United States and Puerto Rico for $2 a month for each subscriber. Time Warner Cable television has agreed to make the signal available to any of its local system operators that want to broadcast it.
The Triangle Television Network, will begin broadcasting within 90 days, Chief Executive Officer Frank Olsen said.

June 15, 2004 Traveling to New York, Q Television has hired Advertising Executive Scott Seger to head new Madison Avenue office. Seger will be hiring an advertising sales staff to assist him. The Q Television advertising campaign will begin June 21st. Executives have also made great inroads in firming up network Carriage; additional appointments for carriage are scheduled at end of June. Q executives signed an agreement to secure interim financing which should be sufficient to ensure initial launch to the public. Such financing is primarily for the purpose of obtaining new programming, additional carriage and hiring key personnel. July 12, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Frank Olsen, CEO of Triangle Multi-Media Limited, Inc., (QBID OTC Pink sheets) responding to inquiries by shareholders, advised today that management of the Company knows of no valid business or economic reason for the recent decline in the per share price of the Company's common stock.

I have heard of there past but putting it in this time line and seeing it just has to make you think. I made plenty of money on this stock but reading this makes you think 2001 2004 same statements same promises.

I just don`t get it. It had its pop so why doesn`t evryone move on. Take a lesson from ibzt. When there core product the vkb went away so did the share price. It still float a little on the hope of other products. Well Q only has one game and unlike ibzt if that thing fails its price will go to -0-. Do you really think a pink sheet company can compete with the Titans of the brocasting world. come on. Salvage what you have left to trade another day. not a bash but a informed opinion.
