Just bottomed out yesterday. This stock has a very low float, on a volume of 200,000 today it jumped from 0.015 to 0.019. They just finished new software that gives security and protection to medical records in hospitals and clinics worldwide. So, this is big because medical records do need to be protected. Also there is news that 2 yahoo groups are going to make a play for it and are most likely alerting it 10-15 minutes after bell opens.
