Growth Company TS&B Holdings, Inc. Agrees to Strategic Alliance With Commercial Real Estate Syndicator and Developer, The Kallay Group

ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 14, 2004--TS&B Holdings, Inc. ("Company" or "TS&B") (OTCBB:TSBB - News), in conjunction with its Cummings Financial subsidiary, announced that after the completion of due diligence on the part of both entities, a strategic alliance and understanding with The Kallay Group is now in place which is projected to create significant services fees for Cummings by assisting Kallay with its increasing opportunities in the contracting, financing, acquisitions and development of existing "big box retail" properties throughout the Central region of the United States.
Cummings Financial, through TS&B CEO, James E. Jenkins, stated that, "The business model of The Kallay Group is well-suited to utilizing Cummings Financial's title company, financial expertise and existing strong relationships with over 450 financial institutions."
